I have a list of vanilla shake ideas at home. I just put it away last night and now I need it. I'll look at it when I get home and post some more ideas for you. Update on me. Cheated all weekend. I feel like I'm always getting back on track. I'm going to take the advice of a really great friend here and make my list this week. Now I have to go find the post where it was mentioned! UGH! I REALLY Need to do this. My b-day party is 4.5 weeks away now and I have about 18 lbs (up from 15 probably) to lose.

So, make your list love and work out those "freedoms". Figure out what you gain by losing and then it's up to you. But first, stop dwelling on the "off plan slip" and move forward. You can do this.

If you're used to having a lot of caffeine & you've stopped it cold turkey, yes, it's probably a caffeine withdrawal headache. Some people get headaches when they cut way back on sugars & starches as well. Drink lots of water & it'll help some - and the headaches generally pass after a few days - assuming it's diet related & not a sinus issue or something other than what you're eating/drinking.

Crystal - I'm glad to hear you are seeing some movement on the scale - you deserve it! I'm sure it will stay off, although I have never tried the MetaQuick.
The wedding was a lot of fun last night. I had a great time dancing. The dance floor walls were lined in mirrors. During the typical wedding dance songs, I caught site of my reflection . . . . and it didn't horify me ! I just looked normal. Someone snapped a cute picture of me and DH, so I decided to post a new before and after in my profile (for the newbies, just click on my photo to go there). My daughters friend told me she doesn't remember what I looked like heavy, I just look normal to her now. That was probably the nicest compliment I have heard!

I'm not trying to talk too much, but I really want one of those weight tracker things and in order to get one, I have to post 20 times or hang around for 20 days.... I am confident I'll be here 20 days + so I am trying to push through my 20 posts so I can cheer myself on with the tracker! I love those!

Thanks today is so much better,,,, I would drink A drpepper like they would never make them again... I was worried about all the water intake but once I got started on it I have drink lots more then they told me to. I feel great today, Monday was like what am I doing but like I said today is so much better!!!!
Just got back from taking mom to the eye surgeon and WI will I was in Brunswick. I haven't Wi since 6/25, but I am down 5.6 lbs for a total of 57lbs. I signed the 55lb board and got an extra month on my contract because they closed my satellite office. I got measured today too and have lost 63.5 inches so far. WOOOHOOO!! I was hoping to be below the 220s, but maybe next week
I hope your mom is ok!!! Way to go on the WI, WoooooHoooo for sure you will get below that 220's I know it keep up the good work
[COLOR="darkred"]Update on me. Cheated all weekend. Dh and I went away to Sea World and Universal Studios (only 45 minute drive for us) and we stayed Friday to Sunday. I had a seafood buffet on Saturday night and I literally felt sick afterward. We went back to the hotel and walked on the elliptical (dh did the treadmill) and I felt a little better. I drank my diet tea today b/c I know I'm holding a bunch of crap in there and I'm doing Metaquick to get back on track. I feel like I'm always getting back on track. Goal4 Life! I am restarting the program and found this site. I have to tell you your pictures are such an inspiration. You look great. When I want to cheat or feel weak I will think- 100%committed and look at the successes on line. Thanks for the inspiration.

Don't be so hard on yourself. look at your ticker you have come so far. Get strength from that. My husband just lost alot of weight and he is my inspiration. I asked him what his secret has been- he said he saw a lady on TV that talked about being 100% committed so there is no area for gray. There is no 1% so you just do it. I am going to make this my mantra. Look at how well you have done. You have had major bouts of 100% committed to get as far as you have...keep it up!!!

I contacted the tamxico tortilla company yesterday because they do not sell them in Texas. I asked if I could order them and have them shipped. You have to buy a case and it is $11.64 for 12 pkg plus $15.00 shipping. I figured that I could freeze them and use them as needed. I would love to be able to have 2 corn tortillas.
