Don't know who told you that sea salt doesn't have sodium, but it does. All salt is sodium choride. What sea salt usually doesn't have is as many additives. Regular table salt actually usually has dextrose in it - a form of sugar. Originally Posted by auntsandyrules

Good for you (and your counselor) for getting your husband on the healthy-eating & exercise bandwagon!

But most recently with a good loss this week, it has helped me stay on course alot better. I also have been having a snack during the day of sugar-fee jello and sugar-free whip topping (I just found this the other day only 20 cal for 2tbs) I don't know if the whip topping is ok by MRC standards - but I'm eating it anyway! I swear its almost sinful tasting as far as I'm concerned! I also bought the mini crisps yesterday and had one of those late last night (they told me it counts as a creamy) and it really made me think I was getting a treat. It is hard - but look at how far you come already!! Your doing great girl - hang in there!

Also - I found the snack toast at Bakers - the melba toast aisle right across from the icecream!!
Go figure -
