I'm planning on doing 6, but if it really works I might go 8.

After a frustrating morning on the scale (all my fault cause I cheated over the weekend), I am looking at a quote I keep on my office wall at work. "Whenever you are plagued by a negative thought, just say 'cancel, cancel.' Don't give a voice to it because if you give voice to a negative thought, you underline it, you underscore that negative thought. So just cancel it. Remember that every thought you think is either positive or negative." Mary Kay Ash

I was on the verge of dropping out of the challenge, but I looked at that quote and I reminded myself that weightloss is mostly mental. If I let my mind think negative thoughts, my outcomes will be negative. I am cancelling my negative thought and continuing to try to be POP as I have done since Saturday. Remember ladies...will power is a state of mind!!

You have perfect timing, Stephanie. I was just thinking "I'm hungry". But will power is a state of mind! Amen, sister! I'm going to fill up my water bottle and stay POP. Thanks a bunch!

Thanks you, Kristi! She makes me smile, too! I should change her picture and post one from Easter. She even let me wear a pink hat on her with her pretty pink dress! (The love of my life, can you tell?)

Keep it up ladies! We are all doing a wonderful thing for ourselves and our families. We are getting healthy so we can live life more fully and live longer! I am having my shake, watermelon and raw broccoli for lunch. Saving p,s, and v for dinner. Having a V and D for afternoon snack. Saving my last V and my F for some celery and cream cheese tonight! Hang in there...we are all doing GREAT!!!

I really want to lose past my lawl goal of 160(I have till july 27). I am think 140 or 150.Nothing lower than 140 though. If I dont shape up I wont have time to lose more than my 160.

1P (2 eggs)
1F (OJ)
1F (mid-morning)
1V (grilled veggies)
1P, 1fat, 1S, 1V (chicken)

Did you have a big piece of chicken? If not, then I would have a shake for dinner.
