Stacy,
I do the same thing...but the longer I am on LAWL the more I find myself doing this less and less. Don't beat yourself up...just get back on the wagon and keep on working on it. I think it's such a mental thing to lose weight as well...and sometimes our biggest enemy is our own mind. So jump back on the challenge..and keep working on this....I believe we all will reach a point that this is the lifestyle we live...and we don't have desires for things that are bad for us....either food off plan, or too much on plan food! Stay strong...and we always have your back!

Day 2 of TO for me. Won't know til tomorrow if it was worth it or not! COD put me on the limited, which isn't as bad as I thought. I'm not feeling hungry. Just a little dizzy.
They told me NOT to eat beef, pork or tuna for 3 days after TO. Has anybody else heard of that? They say that those three are too high in fat.

Stacy - everybody has bad days, whether it's intentional or not. All you can do is take one day at a time, and move on. Don't dwell on the past "mistakes" or misfortunes that are made.

Have a great POP day everybody! I personally can't wait til tomorrow when I can eat breakfast! Have that need to chew ...

A friend of mine did it once when she invited me to dinner. Not bad and a good alternative for spaghetti... but definitely not the real thing LOL

Hi Daphne and welcome!!! Glad to have you aboard. What part of Nevada are you in?

Okay, you big boozers, I joined you too. I drank a TON of green apple wine last night. I even drained my sisters glass while she was changing her baby and filled it up with water. Hehehehe. I definitely need my lemon water today. Oh well, shouldn't have, had a great time though. I giggled all the way home. I am one of those drunks who thinks everything is funny. Wait a minute, I am like that all the time. Anyhow, back to it today. We are taking my grandma out to lunch, so I need to do well at the restaraunt for sure.

Katie Your funny

**I am back on the wagon after three days of -I don't know what- but anyway, I have been good today. I am saving my shake for dinner tonight hoping that will help the scales in the morning (starch and fruit early in day)

lots of water drinking I was trying to drink a glass of water between each "drink" the other night. DO you think that helps? Man, I did pee alot-between the beer and water! haha

I just wanted to let you all know that I've been reading the posts and I think this challenge is great. I really like the Slim-Fast shakes but I can only drink them at home on my days off from work. I work 12 hour shifts and I get so hungry when I just have a shake. But I will definitely drink them on my days off when I can usually eat whenever I want to (it just depends on what my babies are doing). I weighed myself first thing this morning at home at the scale said 176.5. I was so excited. It has been almost 6 years since I was that "light."

OK guys -- week 1 down for me, and I have lost a total of 9 lbs

(Now granted I know the majority of this is most likely water weigh and such, but I am still happy )

Ok, I've GAINED weight on the challenge. I was 170 this morning, but after thinking about it I realized TOM should come in the next 2-3 days so hopefully that is it. I will stick with it through TOM and see what it looks like then. I could probably be more vigilant about water intake as well.

Stevia is AWESOME. I really like the liquid (the powder doens't mix as well, esp in cold beverages). I found a guy off ebay that is selling it for $10 for 2 bottles (it was $17/bottle at kroger). That includes shipping. I really encourage you to check it out. Katie, are you liking yours?
