hey,lol...everythings great on my side...still overseas, errr..lol...schools great...one more year behind me...the dogs great...still studying with me...lol...im great aswell...took a long break from dieting over the summer, had a great romance, lol...but im back on track! just not doing lawl, although i did learn so much from them...that i incorporate it daily! lol...how are u? hows the day care? kids still driving u nuts? how about those red(or was it purple) pants!! i remember when u got into them and wore them out with such pride! hehe...u had so many successes! i hope ur still inspiring as much as u inspired me! u look amazing...keep it up!!

Aggie- I am fine. Closed the home daycare in August to go direct a commercial daycare center, but I am still feeling like there is something else out there for me besides daycare. I still have those red pants, they still fit the same. I have been yoyoing for quite a while now, but finally back on track. Thanks for your kind words, you look great!
Aggie--it's great to see you--I am so glad you popped in and gave us an update. Sound super busy as usual. I think a lot of us have taken a break. I used to hate that I had lost my motivation--but after maintaining since May I can't complain--seem to be pretty darn content right here. Maybe later--lol. Good luck with med school!! Check in when you can--we don't care if you are on or off plan--we just like hearing from you.

Lazy jammie Sunday around here today. DH is down with a cold and I am starting to feel the effects on me. I have been downing the zinc tablets like crazy.
2 days ago, I was getting ready for work and was stepping over the dog, dog moved and my foot slipped and jammed it into the door jam. Really bashed up one of my toes, that baby is purple as can be and bruised clear down into my foot. I was afraid I broke it, but after the swelling went down a little I could move it. Just hurts like he**. So, no treadmill for a few days.

Hello all! It's been cold and rainy here in Alabama. I haven't checked in here for several days, so I'm just popping in to say hi. Havent even had time to catch up on the million posts I am behind.
I've actually been POP today! Wonder if it will show up on the scale. Haven't done too well with the TBL challenge. Only down 1 lb in 2 weeks. But at least I'm not up...

Hey Katie- I just finished reading that article on the link you put up- it's really good, I never knew that about glycogen stores.
