• 1 – 1/4 Cup Diced Red Onion
• 1 tsp Olive Oil
• 1 tbsp Horseradish Mustard
• 1 tbsp of White Wine Vinegar

• Sea Salt to taste

Directions:
Dice or coarsely chop all the ingredients and put them in a mixing bowl. Add Mustard, Vinegar, Oil, then sprinkle with sea salt. Mix it all together and enjoy.

Phase 1 allowable. There is more than 2 cups of veggies, so you can eat from this recipe for more than one meal.

mmmmm..... this looks good too! Very different from the Kale recipe posted... We should be posting these on the recipe thread too so I hope they are there for future easy finding.

thanks upnorthgirl. hang in there. I'm happy just to be losing. Ive tried so many diets and dont see much progress. When I lose 3 more pounds I will finally hit the 188 mark. I haven't seen it in years. I would get to 189 then slide back up to the 200's!! NOT THIS TIME

Thanks for posting the Tabbouleh salad recipe - I had forgotten about it!

Had a H-U-G-E cauliflower, so increased all the other ingredients too, along with fresh basil & chives from the garden & made a whopping big bowl that I can use for the next 5 days, along with lettuce.

IP is really teaching me the importance of advance preparation. Now off to chop more veggies

Hi Gang! Almost the end of the month (well I guess it is). How did everyone do? I have my weigh-in this morning. I show another 2.5 down - We'll see what the nurse says. Still feeling great about this program!!!!!

Talking

Good Morning....just wanted to check in!

All is well and had a really great and easy weekend. Did some major food prep yesterday - yes WestWillow...I too have to relearn the importance of being prepared after years of grabbing whatever is available and fast!

Tried the muffins from IP video recipe...I was wondering if a soup mix packet would work to create a savory muffin...anyone try it? Hate to experiment with valuable IP packets!

Doing WI a day early this week 'cause of the long holiday weekend. I buttoned a vest this morning that I couldn't two weeks ago! Still will wear unbuttoned as a bit of pull in the back-side. . I received a couple of 2nd looks in the grocery store yesterday must be the confidence, cause I'm not noticeably thinner!! Felt nice!

Good Luck Krystalelina! The 1st week I was pretty "pure"...this past week a bit more confident to experiment with the recipes. You'll have so much fun when you see it starting to come off!

Make it a great week everyone...and thanks for welcoming me to the group!

Lol -- you'll be surprised at the disasters you're going to eat. I always try one pack first so you don't end up with a lot of yuck. At a buck a bite, you'll get it done!
Savoury packs get used to make more of a roll, a crust for pizza, a wrap. "breadsticks" for soup.... I know Lisa adds zuchinni to a lot of her muffins to add moisture as they can turn out dry.
Happy experimenting

Welcome Krystelina! I started IP last Wednesday! The recipes on this site are wonderful - I don't know what I'd do without them!
