Awe thank you, I will miss you guys too! It's not that IP wasn't working for me, please nobody think that, IP is great, and I was having good results on it as well as I am now, it was just a personal choice in how I feel. Oh sorry, yes, WOE stands for Way of eating, and LCHF stands for Lower carbs Higher fat.

You guys keep up the amazing work! Keep your eyes focused on your goals and you will reach them! I will pop in from time to time to see you how you guys are shrinking! Also, I will be keeping my weight loss ticker up to date

From what I've experienced LCHF is what we do in maintenance. Check my food diary in Maintainers What Are You Eating?

Can people who HAVE COACHES ask them to check the "Coaches Library" for IP to see if released. Or check your sheet to see if it is dated 6-14.

If so, we need to get an e-copy to post so we have a clear clean copy.

I am hoping to avoid rumors and get something official!
I was just reading the messages on my daily IP video and the moderator mentioned a new protocol being released in a couple weeks. There are no dates on that forum but I am sure these 6-14 sheets are what she is referring too. I think over time, some of the modifications at the clinic level have made their way to head office and they realize that there are a few more veggies that can be eaten along with the lettuce without effecting the protocol.

I go tonight for my weigh in and I will ask if she has new sheets but I am pretty sure they will be the ones posted a few weeks ago on here.

Careful with the gum and candy, even sugar free it has carbs. Spry gum is approved. If your losses slow down that could be the cause.

I will have to look up Spry gum - never heard of it. Lost another 3.4 lbs on my 2nd week, so I'm happy! I know my losses will slow down but I'm so excited to have lost 10 lbs in two weeks!

I get it at any Heath food store. No aspartame. There is another called pur that appears to be the same but IP doesn't mention it. Even with Spry I have seen them say no more than 5 pieces a day in one post and then only a few times a week in another! Too confusing.

Happy Friday everyone,

Congrats momcat that is a great loss. I have yet to ever lose that much in a week.

Love the weekends but, for me it is always a challenge. Going to the movies so avoiding the big bag of popcorn my BF always gets will be a biggie for me to avoid. Since my BF is always almost trying to challenge my willpower it has almost become my goal to show him just how much willpower I do have. Yaw, take that. LOl

I'm built the same way - skinny legs and arms, small hips but carry all my weight in my belly and boobs. Most people get upset because the chest usually gets smaller first, but not for me. Those things just won't go away! One of the things I look forward to after reaching goal (and having any kids, most likely) is a reduction! A couple of years ago when I was at 150, I still wore a 32H. It was ridiculous.

As far as the belly fat goes, I actually always shocked how much I can tell I've lost, even when it's only a few pounds. Since pretty much every pound comes off my belly I find it really noticeable.
