I was looking at the Netrition.com site under Walden Farm products. I discovered that WF now has pomegrant mayo, honey mustard mayo, chipotle mayo and ranch mayo. MIght be fun to try.
those sound wonderful! I just have the standard one and have a VERY hot pepper mustard that I add to it to make it taste better. After I run out (or give up) I may have to try one of those out. And thank you to whoever mentioned that website--I'm going to check it out!
Finally getting the chance to make a post on the weekend chat. I think this week is going to be a better weigh in (Tue.) I'm still on the fence on when to go to Phase 2. Wanting to make the jump but undecided if I want to adjust goal weight officially to 130 or not. While I am very comfortable with 135 I am looking for a safety net for gain I guess.
This week I am placing a small Nashua order and a Netrition order for some DaVinci items and WF items that I ran out of. I want to try something new from DaVinci, any good recommendations? Right now I use the Pumpkin Pie and the Peanut Butter with Chocolate. (I make Iced Coffees with them.)
And finally, I have a question about Maintenance phase, specifically the infamous "cheat day" It is something that keeps me motivated when I think about the things I can never have again. Question, what are the limits really? You eat whatever you want for every meal and whatever you want in between? I mean, where do you draw the line? How much is too much? How many of you have also thought about what you will do on your first cheat day? I want Taco John's Potato Ole's
I made the scone recipe last night...for me it turned out like a really bad version of a pudding cake...i ate one serving as snack last night, by this morning it was so gross I had to chuck it....so that was 3 pkg's of IP food in the garbage...I dunno why they didn't work out but it was an expensive fail

So my son just brought home an enormous amount of fresh bread from Panera. They were giving it away at work so he thought he would take some home. Ahhhhhhh! The smell is killing me. I am resisting, but it is very, very hard. I guess this is reality, these things will always be around, we just have to be strong. I am definitely remembering that nothing tastes as good as thin feels.
I went to the new clinic this morning and LOVED it. The girl was super nice and i explained what happened with my old coach and she was stunned. She said that it could happen often that i will plateau and even if i lose 1lb, its a loss and fantastic. I feel much better going there as the other place was stressing me out and i felt like it was a test and i wasn't doing good enough.
So WI#5 this morning, -7.2 I had weight myself at home and had the same number so i was happy and she also told me before weighting that their scale seems to weight around 2lbs more than anyone else's scale so i was happy to see that it was the same as mine.
For Quebec people, she told me that they don't sell the WF products anymore as Maxi sells them and they are in the Kosher section. I'm going to check that
out today!
