I agree - ignoring him is the way to go. No point giving him the attention he's after!

Personally John P does have a right to is opinion but I don't think on any of
the specific diet threads. This IP blog is crawling with newbies and people
that are really considering taking this road, I hate to see him ruin newbies
with his 2 cents. They have a hard enough time as it is, without him putting
down everything that they are trying to do. Not to mention the expense. JMO!

So how are you doing? Have you quit losing the weight you didn't want to lose?
I have 8 lbs before I'm at 90%. This journey has been great thanks for 3FC, I depend on you all for the support and to keep me accountable. I really am proud of those of us who have done it right, even with a cheat thrown in here and there.

Tomorrow I am going to tape off my bedroom and paint, lay in the pool and work on my tan~~ in my bikini thank you very much, finish the concrete birdbath I started today (if it's dry), mat 2 pictures for the show on Wed., and clean my house so it's ready for the work week.

I saw that thread too. It was hard not to chime in, but that's what he's after. I just hate to see him sabotaging the newbies who need help.
He irritates me SOOOOO much that I end of saying things all wrong because what I really want to do is wipe that silly smirk off his face, LOL I should know better, at my age, not to let people push the wrong buttons, take my own advice and ignore him! LOL
