Sheez, Sheshie. What a downer. Unfortunately, it doesn't say anything about drinking organic milk. BIP [Before I P] I drank 3 glasses of organic nonfat milk a day and liked the serotonin if not the 13 grams of sugar per glass. Expensive, you say? Well a gallon of non organic milk costs $6.76 here and is pasteurized twice, once on the main land and once in Hawai'i thus killing of nutrients twice. Organic, locally-produced is "only" $8.50.

Default Nsv, Nsv!!!

Great NSV tonight. We are getting ready to go out and it's a little cool so I put on my size 16 jeans which were snug last month. Well, they were a little roomy so I thought I would try on the next smaller size, but, I evidently have no size 14 jeans! Uh, oh. So, I saw the 12's in the drawer and thought, what the heck, let's just see how tight they are...THEY FIT!!!

Holy Cow Milk!! A gallon here is like $3. Let's all move to Hawaii, then we wouldn't be tempted to drink milk cuz it's so damn expensive!!

Yeah, I know... bummed me out!.. I started buying almond milk BIP & still use a little every day (less than 1/2 cup to mix with the water in my protein shakes, about 4 grams of sugar, usually my only sugary carbs for the day).. doesn't taste just like cow's milk, I can taste the almonds, but it works for me...

hugs

Thanks Erin and you're doing great too. You are almost to your goal! It's hard to believe but we are truly our own worst enemy. We love blaming others but honestly, WE are the problem. If we could just get over ourselves.

So I waited until after weigh-in today to give my vacation report...

During the past two weeks, I spent 8 days on vacation. Those eight days were totally off IP. I was very nervous because of the big weight gains that have been reported by other IP'ers while off the program. Without sharing specifics, I'll just say that I pretty much ate anything I wanted. The past six days have been 100% back on program. So that is 8 days off and 6 back on...

The good news is that my weigh-in today was exactly the same as the weigh-in the day before vacation. I guess to some that may not be good news, however, to me that takes the fear out of being off the program. I know now that if I get carried away for a week, I can quickly recover. The bad news is that two week period completely blew my cost per pound out of the water! Now I will have to work extra hard to get that back down.

Anyway, that's my story for the past two weeks. Now my focus is on the 180's.

Thanks!

report: poundage still at or around 129.something ish

AND he went over the weights I was doing when I started with him on june 15th (weighed 137 at the time) and everything has increased either just by weight OR by weight and repetitions only thing I am still sucking at is the chest press, its at though i am giving birth by the 12th rep.

off to the shower and making dinner. Rather bummed as I realized the ground beef I put out of the freezer this morning is 16% fat but it has to do for now; I'll feed myself with salad and have a small portion of the meet. UPDATE: not having it, left over bits of chicken plus one egg with salad.

Linden: I never bought milk by gallon and usually by half gallon...for half I used to pay a bit over $3 (that is for organic) so maybe seattle and hawaii are not that far off???
