natchamp, thanks! I always wondered when I went to the US to shop what the different sections were for. I usually didn't look in the Juniors anyways but now I know for sure not to look there, current weight aside I've always been, um, curvy.

Coastal, I can't say I've had the boost of energy that others have noticed. What I have noticed is that I'm waking up easier and earlier than I used to.

Plus, I found out that my very dear ex-brother-in-law (my sister was crazy for divorcing him!) is also on IP - he started the week before I did. I went to see him and my nephews after I left the clinic, and he's lost 8 pounds and 31 inches - already off one of his insulin shots and they're reducing the other! He feels great and has a lot more energy!! So for all the skeptics out there (including my husband and Dad) - this diet is amazing!! And my scales showed another pound gone this morning!! So I guess I can add this: 1 for every 5 pounds lost

I haven't had the energy boost either, and I started 6/22. I'm still hoping for it, but I'm guessing it's not coming.

Hi y'all! Congrats on all the great losses and NSV's and extra special congratulations to Jordanna!

I've been keeping up with everything but just hadn't felt like posting lately. I thought it was just a bad mood or something. I've been alternating between ridiculous cravings and not being hungry at all. Feeling very pissy at work and not being able to make simple decisions easily (other than buying a new car last week, lol). Then today it all made sense why... my period came almost a week early AGAIN. It was fine last month! I understand why my body is doing this; my body fat went down one full percent last week and I lost crazy inches in my hips (1.5 almost 2) and thighs (2) but it's still a little annoying that 11 weeks into this my cycle is out of control again. I'm just reminding myself that my body is going through GOOD changes blah blah blah. It's weird though. ////

Anyways I thought I'd stop in and just vent a little bit. Thanks for listening.

Just a quick note while my veggies are cooking. I had my weigh in and I'm done 3.4 pounds and several inches! It's not last weeks 10, but I'll take it!

Have a great day everyone!

Hey Everyone!!! Just got back from my weigh in. Lost a little over 2 lbs. I did have a big fat transfer. My coach said usually if you have a big fat transfer you don't see big numbers on the scale. I think I would rather see the big numbers Congrats on all the losses! Everyone is doing great!!! I do have a question for you all. I know we can't have the crystal light packs because of the aspartame. What about the propel water? Here is the link with the nutrition facts

I need some flavor

Thanks Sheila
