Bleh... I ate chinese food for supper. I'm kinda freaking out right now. I'm out of control! What I'm going to do, is do phase 1 all over (like the book says). Hopefully that'll get me back on track and maybe even make me lose a couple extra pounds. I feel like CRAP right now

oh Sophie-no fretting-it creates cravings!! I had chinese on Friday night..didn't feel great after it but only ate the stuff I really wanted and tried to keep it minimal- I did see a scale bump up but kept strict to P1 the rest of the weekend.

I'm craving carbs like no tomorrow- pizza especially- I plan to tack on a few extra Phase 1 days -supposed to be done Wednesday but plan to keep it till weekend.

Hopefully P1 will get you back on track and let you lose some lbs-I am always motivated when I see a loss. Hang in there!!!

Thanks margarita124 I'm already planning the week. I'm going to make my apple bake for breakfasts (picked up some fresh apples from the trees this weekend), I have some vegetable soup I'm planning on making, and I'll have a smoothie for dinner. I'll have different things but that's my plan for now. Of course I'll make some rice in those days as well. I'm going to the grocery store today and I'm starting phase 1 tomorrow. Let's see how much weight I can lose on the second time on phase 1.

I know what you mean about craving carbs. I have those spells too. Right now I'm just hungry as ****! My lunch is in 15 mins. I can already taste my salad...

Did you eat it because you were craving Chinese? Because if so, there are tons of things you could make to fix that. Don't feel bad, just keep going. You didn't develop these bad habits overnight, so natually they're not going to go away that easily. You should be proud of yourself for how far you've come.

Yeah, just the thought of it got me craving. & then my sister was going to go and get some herself. I just had to have it... Is there a substitute for chicken balls? Is there a way to to make some and not feel guilty about them? Are there any recipes out there that doesn't include deep fried?
Thanks PrimeTime

Weighed in this morning at 169.6 so that means I haven't gained weight after all! That's AWESOME! But I'm still doing phase 1 today since my head isn't focused like it once was. I prepared myself a vegetable soup last night. It looks more like a stew type thing than a soup. I think I might have left it there for too long haha! Oh well, still looks pretty good.

Edit: I've decided to not stick to phase 1 completely. I'm still going to eat meals from Phase 1 though. I figured since I was the same weight, I don't need to. I'm just going to exercise more this week.

Yay! I'm not sure but google it. Fried rice usually does it for me.

Weighed in this morning at 169.2. I'm not going down fast but that's because I'm not exercising. That makes a big difference. I'm going to start something tonight. I just have to get back in the groove.

Edit: Oh, I forgot, I'm trying Zumba tonight with some friends. I never tried it before so hopefully I'll like it.

Today's Weight: 168.8 (down .8lbs)
I'm pretty happy since I thought I was going to gain because of last weekend. I wouldv'e lost more if I would've exercised. I need to work in that department. I need to decide on what I want to do. I wish I could get back in P90X but last time I tried again, I only did a day or two. I was thinking of buying a stepper and doing aerobics with a dvd. Anyone have a dvd to recommend?

Edit: Oh, and I didn't try Zumba. Nobody was going in the end so we rescheduled for next Tuesday.

WOW! 8lbs in 9 days?! That's crazy! Congrats! I'm sure you'll see/feel the weight loss soon. Keep it up! I'm not sure about the peanut butter. I would wait until phase 4 but it's your decision.

I'm going to the theatres... I may allow myself a small popcorn but with a bottle of water. I'm going to exercise this weekend to burn it/some of it off.

168.2 this morning! My body is really in burning mode right now. It's so fun! Yesterday, I ate too much bread.

... Major cheat last saturday...
We went to the movies, I had allowed me to eat just some popcorn with water... well, before that, we all went to Wendy's. I had already ate but I had myself a Chocolate Frosty. Then we went to the store, we bought candy to hide in our purses for the movie. At the movie, me and my boyfriend shared a large popcorn and I had sprite (no diet). It also came with a chocolate bar which I had a small piece from. I really went all out! I feel terrible. I weighed in this morning at 170.2. So much for being in a burning mode. I screwed up. Need to push it this week if I want to hit my goal weight of 165 by Halloween...

Weighed in this morning at 169.2. If I can at least pass my last weigh in of 168.8, I'll be happy. I just don't want to see a gain. I should be getting my Extreme Fat Smash book in the next couple of days. I'm still looking for an exercise that I would enjoy doing every day that wouldn't be a chore to do. I tend to not to stick to an exercise program because of this. I have the Kinect on my Xbox. I may start my Biggest Loser program or even the dancing game, Dance Central. I bought both games and only played with them once.

How is everyone doing? Any loss?

whoa whoa whoa, I leave for a week and a few days and this is what happens???!! JK. You do need to watch yourself. One unhealthy food item seems to be a gateway drug lol. However, it's not like you can't do it, it just are you willing to make those small sacrfices for a bigger return. I have to deal with this daily. I can't remember if I posted this or not but I'm at 189. I know I've been MIA, or a little quiet but I swear I read ya'lls stuff, I just am in grad school and have a full time job. But I do creep on here and don't respond. You guys are a huge help. I'm changing up my workout routine just to see if it will give me any results.
