Hi all-I'm still turbo jamming away! It has been a busy time of year for me with lent/holy week/easter. (I'm a church organist) I've been getting my workouts in, but not a lot of time for extra posts. I am enjoying the new tapes. I think I like the Cardio Party 3 the best. Still doing the TurboKick workouts at the gym too. I still haven't received my certification in the mail, but it may not come for another 4 weeks.

cjlafaye-Its cardio that'll get rid of fat. The lower body jam will tone whats under the fat. I'd say double them if you can. (or at least do a portion of the cardio with it like you suggested. Just be careful to not stop moving when your heart rate is up. Take it down a bit before switching.

I was wondering if anyone here signed up to be a host of a turbo jam party. I didn't sign up but I know someone who is having one so I will be a virtual guest and follow the workouts and diet on the beachbody web site.

KK, you just have to go to the bottom and save it after you've selected your timeline. I haven't gotten my TJ yet, but I will let you know when I get them:)

brandy.. Hey Girl!!! I Didnt Recognize You With The New Pic And Name. Ok So I Will Do The 20 Min Cardio And The Lb Jam With The Ab Jam. Will Do That For Now On. I Read A Study Recently About If You Do 20 Min Of Cardio With Strength Training 3x A Week You Have Double The Results. So I Am Doing That For Sure, Time Is A Wasting!!!

I didn't apply for a house party but I hope I can find someone to do a virtual with also. There is a gal that did get one from where I'm from but . . .

I usually put the 20 Minute with the Lower Body or Turbo Sculpt cjlafaye. Actually, I have only done the Lower Body a few times. My legs don't need as much work as the rest of me and I figure they are getting a good workout already with the kickboxing. But if you are doing the Lower Body for only one night of the week - say Tuesday night and adding the ab workout, that should be okay.

What I try and do is a cardio M-W-F and a sculpting workout T & TH although lately my Friday's have been traveling to wrestling tournaments so that is why I've been trying to add on cardio to the sculpting workouts if I have the time.

cjlafaye - Hey girl! Sorry I haven't been chatting this week. I've been on jury duty. I'm not used to being gone during the day, so by the time I get home, I have to work out, make dinner, feed my son and put him to bed. Not a whole lot of time to catch up with you guys. I am now done though as of yesterday, so I'm back in my routine of turbo jamming in the morning. Thank goodness. I can see why some people don't like to work out when they get home from work. I had no ambition to do it, but forced myself to anyway. I'm glad to hear you are still enjoying TJ. Keep it up! It's doing wonders for me! I love it!!!!

Oh, how many times did everyone do Learn & Burn before they moved on?

I felt very uncoordinated when I started out. I did learn & burn for about a week before I moved on. I started out pretty slow, but once you got the moves down, you'll be able to put any of the dvd's in and get a great workout. Hang in there, I know exactly where you're at, believe me. You will get it and it will pay off. Good luck!

If you are frustrated with how slow BB is, I would try to do a live chat with them whenever you can until you get a hold of someone... that's what I had to do, I got a confirmation email but never a shipping email, so I did a live chat and just be as specific as possible with your concern.

I've done Learn and Burn, and I have moved on to the 20 min workout. Sometimes I forget what the next move is, or I'll jab instead of uppercut, but I'm catching on like wildfire. Sometimes I'll do the Burn and 20 min together for a longer workout, and it's just enough for me, since I haven't worked out in a while. I've also been taking my dog for walks with the nice weather!

What would you recommend I get for my next TJ set? There is the lower body with cardio party 2, the one with cardio party remix and the abs and butt one, and then the set with 4 dvds (including 3T). I don't need to order them anytime soon, but I thought since it takes BB a while to get products where they need to go, I would order in the next few weeks. Any comments are appreciated!

Hey ladies!!!! There are like way to many pages to try to read here so if I may ask a possible redundant question....

Have any of you ladies with say more than 60lb to lose, tried any of these DVDs? I have been walking for weeks now and feel I am ready to bump things up a bit. However, I have watched her infomercial on TJ and the 'jiggle factor' on those people is not the same for someone size 20.

Anyone have any suggestions of videos to try or look into????

I have 45 pounds to lose and I carry alot of my weight in my stomach. I have a harder time with the tuck because my tummy gets in the way but if for does not stop me for being able to do it. You do the best ya can!!! Really. That is why I love working out in my own home. Whether you have 5 pounds to lose or 150, you can do Turbo Jam. There are two gals, friends of Chalene's, that have lost 75 pounds - Anna Rita is one and her body is awesome. She is in a lot of the videos and she is also one that shows how to do it low impact.
