I just got my new TJ videos yesterday & I'm so excited to start them. Unfortunately it'll have to wait a few days since I have the flu. I'm hoping to get better this weekend so I can start them on monday. I can't wait :cb: :cb: :cb:

odaley and cjlafaye ... i'm gona order TJ goshdarnit. i've been going to the gym for the past month or so and i'm already getting bored, i know... its sad. but if switching up my routine will help and y'all say TJ is that good - i'm definately gona invest. thanks ladies! i'll let u know how it works out.

Big Booty I don't think you'll be disappointed with buying these. I've been doing these almost a month now and I'm still not board. That's HUGE for me.

BeccaFries I don't think there's really too much of a difference between the 20 minutes and CP1 or CP2 beside the length of the workout. I really enjoy the 20 minute one over CP1, but I really enjoy CP2.

I want my Turbo Jam videos! About how long did it take you all?

Dreamer, I ordered my TJ on the 29th of March, I got a confirmation email but no shipping email... I wrote them an email, but got impatient so today I tried the instant messaging option on the BB website... it took a few minutes before someone helped me but they were able to give me my tracking # for UPS. If you have some time to sit at your computer, I think that would be your best bet.

DREAMER85 it took about 2 weeks to get my new TJ dvds. I'm going to try them tomorrow & I can't wait. I can't imagine doing any other workout. They're so much fun.

Good morning! I received my TJ videos on Monday afternoon and started them Tuesday. Tackling them every day this week so far has been huge for me, even though the time investment hasn't been that long yet. I haen't worked out in nearly a year! I think I'm going to like Ab Jam! I put a smiley face sticker on my personal calendar for each workout just to give myself a pat on the back. Once I figure out that 'tuck' I think I'll be able to roll! The workouts are pretty easy to figure out. Also, in my mistake in ordering, I received all the other workouts yesterday (less than two weeks after ordering), but I have put them up for awhile until I feel like I've got it!

I ordered last Friday, and not-surprisingly I didn't receive a shipment confirmation after my order confrmation (lol, but they sure did take the $70 from me quick enough!). I sent an email asking for the tracking #, but never received an answer. So, I tried the live chat a few minutes ago but am getting a message saying they're unavailable. Hmmm...guess I'll have to be a little more patient. Did anyone else have to try a few times to get the Live chat option to not be unavailable?

So, I also called, but got a message saying that dur to "unforseen circimstances they cannot take my call today. Call back April 10th" Guess I'm waiting...lol.

FYI - I got an answer to my email to TJ customer support. They did not explain the discrepancy in cost between what the website says TJ costs plus shipping and handling and what I would have been charged. However, they did confirm that the correct cost of the TJ package IS $19.95 X 3 + $12.95 S&H. The only solution they offered was for me to give them all my personal information and they'd put the order in for me. I'm not going to do that, but I will at least go back to the website and try again. If the same thing happens again (I get a substantially higher total than what it's supposed to be), that will be my last experience with TJ. I will, however, pay close attention this time to the "extras" that some of you have told me may have gotten added during the checkout process. I saw nothing to that effect in my shopping cart and I clicked on nothing during checkout, but it's a possibility that extras were added and I didn't know to look out for them at the time.

I was actually planning on starting the new TJ dvd's this past saturday but I still haven't been able to shake this cold. So I watched the dvd's instead to see what they were like & so that I'm better prepared for when I start them today after work. They look like so much fun but they also look like they're going to kick my butt. Chalene has so much energy in the new ones that I was out of breath just sitting there watching it. I'm really looking forward to trying them, I think tonight I'm going to try the Cardio Party Mix 3. It's long but it looks like fun.:cb: :cb:
