I remember being so anxious waiting for my TJ tapes to come but they were so worth the wait. I started doing the new ones last week & I can't stop. I love the new ones. Have fun with the workout... you'll love it!

mind if I join this conversation. I just love turbo jam, which is odd for me because I really didn't care for tae bo. OUt of all the workouts I have ( and I have over 100) these are my favorites.

I am doing to try and follow the advanced rotation Charlene put out. Is anyone else following this or the eatting plan.

today I did cardio party 3 and like usual the sweat was just pouring off of me.

I also heard she is in the planning stage of making more workouts. I have all the turbo jams made so I know I will be buying these when they are out.

I'm excited because I've purchased TJ and I should be receiving it anytime soon!! I've done taebo for so many years and has just become repetitive. I've lost weight with taebo and is a great workout program. But I have decided to go with TJ and alternate with taebo. Can someone tell me if it has worked for them and how long to see the results!! I've gained 20 lbs and I'm dying to shed them as soon as possible. I've gone from 135 to 155...:o . so it's time to get back to my 135!!!

Bev I've actually been doing the advanced ones for about 2 1/2 weeks & love them. I tried the Cardio Party #3 but I really really love the Punch, Kick Jam. I've been doing that one 4-5 times a week. It's so much fun & I sweat so much. I don't follow the meal plan but I will soon. I'm also on Nutrisystem so I have get off their program first before I can try anything else. But I absolutely love TJ. Within the first 10 days or so I lost like 2inches from my waist. You get fast results & you're body just takes shape. I have definition in my abs & it's so weird for me to see them like that 'cause I haven't seen my stomach like that in a very very long time. Plus you gain so much energy from the workouts. I will never go back to boring exercising.

well today I did 3t and that was a pretty good workout even though I don't like using resistant bands. This week with the advanced rotation is easy but next week following charlenes plan you start using two workouts a day (that is going to be tough).

I ordered Turbo Jam yesterday and I called Beach Body and they told me as soon as the order is in the warehouse it will ship which is usually 24-48 hours. How long after you ordered did it take you to get it? I am so ready to start and join in the discussion with you. Seems like everyone is getting great results. Also, how are you getting that cute weightloss goal line? Keep turbo jamming everyone!!!!

Has anyone ordered the Turbo Jam videos off the turbo jam website? A friend of mine ordered it at the beginning of April, and there has been nothing yet. no emails saying it's been shipped, or anything like that.
Anyone have any problems??

Megan2006, I ordered mine off beachbody.com Monday but it has not been shipped yet. I have chatted with customer service twice and both times they told me it took 24 to 48 hours after you submit your order to process it. When it ships I am supose to get an email. I am going to check with them again today. Maybe your friend could contact them and see what is going on. Hope this helps.

OK I NEED SOME HELP FROM MY TURBO VETS OUT THERE.. I JUST STARTED THE LOWER BODY JAM AND I DO IT WITH THE AB JAM.. I LOVE IT TOGETHER BUT SHOULD I DO SOME REG. TJ BEFORE I DO THAT ROUTINE?? LIKE MAYBE THE FIRST 10 MIN OF THE 20 MIN TJ AND THEN GET INTO IT?? I WAS SWEATING UP A STORM WHEN I WAS DOING IT BUT I WANT TO MAKE SURE I AM GETTING ENOUGH CARDIO TOO. GOT TO GET IN THE BIKINI BY JAN. 2007 LADIES!!!
