My weight hiccupped back up to 150 for a day, but it went right back down. So, I am still at 149 and starting to exercise for a flatter tummy. I just found out there is a wedding coming up.
It's Friday. I'm at 149. That's a good thing. I wouldn't be surprised if I am here at least another day. It is hard to pick off the last few pounds sometimes. However, I am exercising... anything could happen.
Tues. AM and another hiccup in my weight. I am temporarily back @ 149, but 2 inches thinner in the places that matter. Can't complain.... Soon, I'll be ready for the "black jean test."
So, I find they are called "trackers." I tried to set mine up yesterday. Failed and ran out of time. Will try again today. Still @ 148, but have dropped about 1/2 a pound.
Still cruising around seeking my true place here. Meanwhile, it helps to have a place to account for myself.

Starting tomorrow, I will make changes here and there in my diet and exercise routines. Let's hope all this hard work will pay off in the end.
It's very inspiring to see some of your guys' starting and current weights, I'm waiting for my numbers to start changing! & keep up the good work everyone!

Ok, it's Saturday. I have been a very good girl all week. How come I am still at 148? Today, my "have" is not matching my "want." There is a temptation to make myself sad and I'm not going to do it. Last weekend was similar and, by Monday, things were different... I had lost a pound.
I know we lose in percentages, so the less we weigh... the less we can lose at any given time. (Wish there was a smilie for a woman forgiving herself.)

Glad to see someone else on this thread. I've been on my diet for about a month. Being here on 3FC really helps. I show up every day and write some thing. It keeps me accountable.
