and I have finally decided I want to do something about it. I want to lose about 20lbs (my aim is not to go overboard or to do it dangerously or unhealthily as um.. I've had issues with that in the past lets say
) so that's why just the 20lbs and I'm hoping by being here I can hold myself accountable and do this healthily 

Im wondering if this thread is still active? I am new here and have about 20 lbs to lose. I have not braved the scale yet.... sometimes it can discourage me too much so Im going to wait a little bit before I weigh in. So far today has been pretty good, healthy breakfast and did a little bit of exercise. Needing support to stay on track.

I've never really needed to lose a lot of weight but I'm looking to drop about 15 pounds. I've always been pretty confident with myself, except for my body image. So these 15 are *hopefully* gonna change that! I'm excited to have this forum and fellow featherweights to talk to ^.^
