  • Hello, everyone. I've been enjoying reading and getting to know the forum. Am very glad to have found the Featherweight section.

Thanks very much for being here!

  • Thanks very much for the warm welcomes!
  • Back again
I'm back to 3FC after slipping in some habits- and it's showing. I had met my goal and I'm back up to a new "starting" weight. I've been in denial for a while but I stepped on the scale today and it confirmed what my clothes have been telling me. I'm not too worried, because I did this last year and 3FC really helped me stay on track! I don't want to let it go any further. So featherweights, here I am!
  • Hi there pucedaisy
  • Welcome back, pucedaisy!
  • Thanks! Nice to see/ meet you!
  • Greetings. I'm not new to 3FC but I am new to this part of it. Since I only have five pounds left to lose I think Featherweights will be my new home.
  • 5 lbs to go.... and to the Feathers...
  • Welcome, Magrat! Congratulations on your success.
  • Hi everyone, I'm new, I have 12lbs left to get to my goal weight. I was 119.8 this morning (finally out of the 120's!) and my goal is to get to 108. I've been counting calories and walking everyday.

  • Hey, it's great to find this forum. I was a featherweight most of my life but recently gained quickly. Although I'm 5'5 I have an extremely small frame (my mom is only 4'6) and weighed 102-108 for 30 years. I see so many brave women conquering weight loss of 100 lbs or more here! But featherweights have other battles too -- dealing with comments and family attitudes, trying to lose a small amount at the low end, etc. I just committed to losing at least 30, and I hope more. Signed on with a trainer famous for weight loss too!
