Again jogging on the treadmill at 4.6 with short breaks in between. I put the incline up to 1%.. still it was maybe too much for me at that speed. My legs have gotten sore these past few days. I thought it was the yoga, but now I think it is the jogging. But though I am sore. It feels great. I know that I am not burning up as many calories as when I walked for a longer time at a higher incline.. but the jogging is fun and I need a change in routine for now.. keep it fun.. that is what is important.

Good evening everyone. I do have to say. I am being very consistent. I did another 1.5 today, but I know tomorrow I am going to have more because I have some errands that I want to run and I will be doing it all on foot.
1) Because we don't have a car as of yet.
2) I don't live that far from the square so it seems a bit pointless to drive even if I did have a car.
So I know I am going to have more. Plus over the weekend we are going to take Emily to one of the little parks to play. I am not sure how far it is from the house, but I am guessing that it is atleast a mile. So there and back will be 2 miles. And it is suppose to be very nice this weekend.
The plus side is that I am doing my walking everyday and each step counts and puts us just a little closer to Seattle. I can't wait to have that cyberparty.

Had a busy day yesterday. Hubby and kids are going camping starting this afternoon after work and school. I was invited, but I just don't feel like it this time. While they were at Scouts and Dance, I had to grocery shop, so I didn't get another fitness walk in. Since I'll be home alone all weekend, I'll make sure to do the 5 mile at least once, maybe more! I've only been below 10000 steps 3 times this month! I'd like to keep it that way!
Thanks! I have had that hat since I was little - it used to scare the crap out of me. Then last year I found it laying on the side walk at my dads house. haha thought it was soo cute I bet you it is still there to; my dad slightly slacks on cleaning up! haha

Whew! I've been doing the Couch 2 5k program, and it just kicked my butt!! I'm on week 5, workout #2, and it was a tough one!! Have a good weekend, everybody!! Keep walking!
