Joy, I know! It's great! Although, I have to admit I am having a tough time being consistent with exercise this month. I don't know if I'm just really distracted with the holidays or what. I'm finding it hard exercising even two days in a row! I guess as long as I'm still exercising a few days each week, it'll be okay!

I am the same today as yesterday, which is good because I am sore from going to the gym yesterday. Hopefully soon I will have a lower number! Today I plan to go to the gym than it is off to work. It is a payment deadline at the bursars office so they bring us lunch in. I ordered a cobb salad because it was the most atkins friendly thing on the menu that didn't require special ordering. I figured if they are ordering for the whole office I shouldn't specialize mine. Knowing them they will have desserts too, I must be strong and avoid them. The good thing is I am working the window and we can't eat up there so that should keep me busy and away from them.
My goal is to lose 8lbs in the month of December and start 2014 in the 150's!!!
