I was away yesterday and didn't have my scale.
I weighted in at 79,9kg this morning, which means I gained more than 2kg this month.
And let's be honest - that sucks, and it bummed me out.
I have mega big issues with social eating and especially social drinking with eating, so December with all it's get-togethers and functions really isn't aiding my weigh tloss. So yeah, I definitely know where it's coming from.
But not gonna lie - I'm not too sad right now
I started changing my life in January 2013, and since then I lost a round 30kg, run 10ks on the regular and overall gained a lot of fitness.
So, while I didn't make goal this month, I think I made goal for the year

Dec 23 - 161.0 - need more water, got my baking done, only tasted 2, so that's good, today looks very promising for OP!
Dec 24 - 158.5 - back in the 150s, keep drinking water

Dec 26 - 160.3 - not sure how I managed that, but we really only ate one big meal
Dec 27 - 161.8 - weekly WI way off plan yesterday so actually happy to be only up 1.5, got a few days to get back to the 150s!
Dec 28 - 160.7 hope to make it back into the 150s for the end of the year, wow it's coming fast
Dec 29 - 160.1 big tease almost 150s

Kept off 3.7 for the month, had 18 days in the 150s, so over half the month, 10.9 off for the year, showed myself I can still lose, calling this a success, see you in the January challenge!!
Well, it's been an interesting year...the last one where I might not worry about the number on the scale....I try not to worry about those things pregnant.... so here I am. Well, my weigh in was 263....not bad considering what I've been eating. I'll take it... not goal but not the worst. So I lost 5 lbs this month. See you in the January thread, hope 2014 is what you all want it to be! I expect that this new year must be better.... it has to be.

I'm down a half lb to a brand new low again, 172 lbs! I'm off by a lb in making goal for the month, but considering TOM is visiting half a month late right now and I got through Christmas fairly unscathed, that is a win!

as for me and goal... idk I am torn, I did well but I did still have a nibble here or there of off plan foods, more than I should have. I tend to be my own worst critic though so if jacqui says I made it I will let her judge lol
I started the month at 159...ending at 156.5. Not close to goal, but at least not a gain. I love the holidays, but glad they are almost over so I can get back to my regular eating schedule.

Congrats to all of us who lost any thing in December. I didn't keep track but there was a bunch! That's an achievement in December.

Pixikat, you definitely made it! You didn't set "stay on plan" as your goal. You set "stay on plan more" as your goal, and you did that by a long shot! I am so proud of you! You did great!
I didn't make it to my goal, but I only gained 2 lb, which is good considering the Christmas spread. And I've been super busy at work, which is why I haven't been posting.
