
I was away yesterday and didn't have my scale.
I weighted in at 79,9kg this morning, which means I gained more than 2kg this month.
And let's be honest - that sucks, and it bummed me out.
I have mega big issues with social eating and especially social drinking with eating, so December with all it's get-togethers and functions really isn't aiding my weigh tloss. So yeah, I definitely know where it's coming from.
But not gonna lie - I'm not too sad right now

I started changing my life in January 2013, and since then I lost a round 30kg, run 10ks on the regular and overall gained a lot of fitness.
So, while I didn't make goal this month, I think I made goal for the year

I'm off by a lb in making goal for the month, but considering TOM is visiting half a month late right now and I got through Christmas fairly unscathed, that is a win!
