The scale is creeping back down, at this rate I doubt I will have a new number before the 1st oh well, leaves me at about 3.3 lost for dec not bad but could be better. Hopefully next month I will do better since I wont have all the christmas temptations
PixiKat any loss for The holiday season is a win, at WW they always told us the average gain is 7-10 pounds so consider that when looking at your numbers, you're doing great.

well I did poorly, and I haven't been on here much. 269.... well I'm going on a diet so I'm sure next month will be better.... hopefully I can get used to maintaining.... course Christmas didn't help. Will weigh in for the end of month though....
Wow - everyone has been doing so well. Nice work! I met my goal (6 times!), but my weight has been bouncing around like a yo-yo, so I'm not sure if I'll get back there...fingers-crossed.

NightAngel, December is a tough month! The good news is that you get a fresh, clean slate to start over!
Not to shabby for Christmas week. I am down .1 pound. I will take it and run! I am fairly certain that I won't make goal this month but I am not really all that disappointed. I didn't exercise at all this month and still lost 4 pounds. Not really going to brag about that but Im ok with it. Next month I am back to the workouts and eating on plan so I will make that goal whatever it is.
