I'm back down to 176.5 today! Hopefully I will get past my set point of 177-178 and continue going down now! TOM could be showing up any day though, but then again, at my age, maybe not, lol!

Hey all, sorry I didn't make it back yesterday, my brain was fried lol The exams went ok. Behavioral is posted already, I got an 82 which is lower than I would have liked but it leaves me with a 90.67 in the class so I'm happy enough with that so I will skip the final and keep that as my final grade. the grade for the other class probably wont be up for a week so I am trying not to obsessively check for it.
Jacqui you skipped right over 177! woot, that must be why you had the extra day at 178. Keep up the awesome work!
lyn I need to throw stuff out, my husband has agreed to start atkins when he gets back from his vacation on sunday. but he has agreed to diet with me before and it usually only lasts a couple days so I am torn about throwing it out.

nightangel I have that same habit too but I am trying to break it... for example I am here instead of hiding in shame over the mini-binge I just had on cookies my aunt sent me a box of christmas cookies and I thought one might be ok and one turned into alot... i'm not sure how many but most of what she sent

NightAngel/Pixikat/Probably everyone - I feel annoyed with myself when I've had a binge. It's self-sabotage. I tend not to write or weigh when I've fallen off plan - it's really supportive here though and when I do come back I feel relieved, like its the first step to getting on top of it again!

Lyn77 big part of my plan is also not to buy anything that is not on my plan. Works well! Whenever I feel like cookies or candy I'm like shame -- because I never want it enough to actually leave the house just to buy it.

NightAngel26 I have no idea what it is about crossfit that makes my scale go up the next day -- I just know that I'm super sore and got couple of bruises and my scale is up by at least one pound. Totally worth it though, because crossfit makes you strong
