Hoed weeds some yesterday morning, then paperwork 'til I got a work call. Tree fell on a guys powerline and broke his panel. Worked on that til dark, and have to go finish this morning. Got back. ate a tuna fish/egg sandwich that had been made with "low fat mayo." UGH. Not buying that stuff again even though it did really cut the total calories way down. Added up total calories for the day, 759. Counting in the work done, I was way way down on calorie intake. I was not hungry, but felt draggy. So I ate a slice (my last one) of apple pie, an orange, mango, some popcorn and then an egg to bring up the calorie count. Feel better this am also. Then the scales gave me a nice surprise.

Starting weight this month 237.1
goal loss this month 12 lbs
Last weigh in 231.4
This morning weight 227.6
2.5 lbs to go to meet goal 9.5 down so far

AND

I bought a jacket last year without trying it on, it was too small
I picked it up yesterday just to have hanging on, and to my surprise, IT FIT

Whew, great day, last minute shopping done in the a.m. Got up early got the cookies all packed up gifts all wrapped, had some indulgences...wonderful crab legs for Christmas Eve dinner.

Breakfast and lunch were on plan, after that, not so much, but I am drinking lots of water today. I'm sure the scale will reflect the indulgences, but throwing that OP day in gave me confidence that I'll get right back to it after Christmas. Like you Lyn.

Congrats on the loss Joy, good job PixiKat staying on plan as much as possible, great loss this month BFR!

Best to all

yesterday's weigh-in: 78,0kg (172lbs)
yesterday's calories: didn't count
yesterday's exercise: 50min run (7k)
today's weigh-in: 79,9kg (176lbs)
change: +1,9kg (+4lbs)

good morning guys

MERRY CHRISTMAS to everybody celebrating today! I hope you all have a great day.
I had a lovely Christmas Eve with my family including nice food and a lot of . Good times!
I went for a run yesterday morning, but it was all icy and I slipped couple of times. So I was mega excited when I got a coupon for a gym membership for Christmas I was really worried about what to do for cardio during the winter, but that's taken care of now So I am really happy.

kelijpa nice to see you back in the 150s I was telling my dad yesterday, I got the entire next year to count calories, so not counting on Christmas should be fine. Hope you have a lovely Christmas!

Jacqui_D yay 175! Have a nice day, and enjoy the food!

Big Fat Rooster you did amazing this month. I am sure you'll meet your goal. And that jacket fitting is an awesome NSV!! Well done.

pnkrckpixikat I actually opened (and read) my textbooks yesterday. Go me
Hope you have a great time at your aunt's!

Lyn77 Raclette is one of the most awesome foods ever, and we only have it for Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. I'm a vegetarian so I used to eat a lot of cheese, but now I think it's not worth the calories anymore. I only eat the 40cal baby bell light thingys. Which aren't even real cheese. So having raclette was awesome!!
We will totally make our goals 2014. Good luck getting the water weight off before the weigh-in

Again, merry Christmas everyone, and have a great time with your families!

Merry Christmas everyone! I'll write personals when I can. I am up half a lb today after trying to be so good yesterday! Between salt in the ham and soup I had for Christmas Eve dinner, as well as a few bites of corn and potatoes in my brother-in-law's veggie soup, which I tried to eat around but wasn't 100% successful, it's no surprise! Oh well! I'll survive, lol! I hope everyone has a wonderful day with friends and family!

I hope everyone had a lovely day! I followed my plan, but there must have been some unexpected salt in things because I woke up groggy and bloated this morning. I'm going to wait a couple of days to weigh.

Hello everyone it is Friday weigh-in day.
I met my 10 lb goal today. Last month I also had a 10 lb goal but lost only 9 lb.
Congratulations kelijpa on making your goal.
Thank you kelijpa, Jacqui_D, boating, 183, gardner, and Lyn77 for all of the nice words about my Santa excursions. Tuesday the 24th was my last school for this year - a local private kindergarten/pre-k.

Goal: 10 lb

11/29 .... 139.4 kg .... start
12/06 .... 138.6 kg .... -1.8 lb
12/13 .... 136.3 kg .... -5.1 lb
12/20 .... 135.9 kg .... -0.9 lb
12/27 .... 134.4 kg .... -3.3 lb
12/31 ....

-11.0 lb TOTAL

Shockingly and thankfully, I am up only 1 lb today after an all-out binge of a Christmas! Oh my, all the cookies and candy I ate and ate and ate! It was so much that today I had a hard time getting back into the groove. I did get right back on plan, but it wasn't as easy as it has been! It's like it amped up my carb cravings. It probably wouldn't be so hard if we didn't have 6 dozen cookies left over! (My hubby and daughter made 15 dozen and then my son and daughter-in-law brought a couple dozen more!)

Week 21:
2/21: 176
2/22: 175.5
2/23: 175.5
2/24: 175
2/25: 175.5 Christmas-Cheat Day
2/26: 176.5
2/27:

BFR, congrats on the drop and being so close to goal and also for the jacket fitting!

Joy, yay on the roller coaster dip and staying low!

Pixikat, like you, I had lots of carbs, but hey, somehow I avoided 177, lol!

Sum, I'm sorry to hear you were without power. I hope it's back now! Good job on not gaining with meals out and Christmas!

Kelijpa, yay on the drop! You're doing so well!

183, hurray on getting a gym membership! What a perfect gift for you! I'm excited for you!

Lyn, love your determination to get right back on plan!

Darius, congrats on making goal!
