Dec 19 - 157.4 weekly WI - work holiday lunch today
Dec 20 - 157.2 truly my weekly WI, I'm stunned, in a good way
Dec 21 - 156.8 goal!
Dec 22 - 160.2 - I knew the Chinese food would get me, no worries, water, water, water
Dec 23 - 161.0 - need more water, got my baking done, only tasted 2, so that's good, today looks very promising for OP!
Dec 24 - 158.5 - back in the 150s, keep drinking water
Dec 25 - 161.6
Dec 26 - 160.3 - not sure how I managed that, but we really only ate one big meal
Dec 27 - 161.8 - weekly WI way off plan yesterday so actually happy to be only up 1.5, got a few days to get back to the 150s!
Dec 28 - 160.7 hope to make it back into the 150s for the end of the year, wow it's coming fast
Dec 29 - 160.1 big tease almost 150s
Dec 30 - 161.3 one more chance to make it back to the 150s for 2013

Thrilled to be where I'm at, I know this is water weight, dang salty snacks, have a good day planned today, definitely could see a drop tomorrow.

Yay! A new low for the month! I'm down to 172.5 today! And I have passed how many total lbs I lost 4 years ago!

The Whoosh Fairy has been kind enough to allow me to lose a lb a day since Christmas, but if I lose another lb today (and that's asking a lot even for the Whoosh Fairy), I'll still be missing goal by a half lb, but what a good run I've had! I'm not giving up though. I have TOM trying to do...something...lol, so maybe that will play into it in a good way.

In any event, I'm really happy with the way December has turned out! Thank you all so much for all the support you've shown me! You play a huge role in how successful I am at this, and I am so grateful!

My first weigh-in since Christmas Day and I'm 0.05kg above my lowest weight of the month. I'm happy with that!

Great job Darius, we must be about 12 hours apart, I still have 11 hrs to my last weigh in of 2013. I like your optimism! I think 2014 is going to be great, too!

Hi kelijpa if you're in PA which is eastern standard time then we are 14 hours apart. In summer we are 13 hours apart due to daylight savings time in the US (we don't have DST).
