GOOD MORNING GIRLS!!!
Ok - It's a new month... new goals. The only one I did hit last month was the exercise goal. It helps when you find your groove and can stick to a routine... not possible for many I know.
So this month - I have new goals.
I want to kiss the #180's goodbye before the ball drops. #9.7 to go.. not too bad. Exercise wise - I'm starting my trianing for a 5K walk race tomorrow. I need to finish the first 4 weeks, 2 days of this 8 week training program. This one is going to be a little harder since I have to physically leave my house to walk. The worst day is going to be Tuesdays - my BF works late that day, and leaves for work when I get home - so I'm going to have to figure out what to do with DD for that hour... plus it's her and I's late night too - she has dance that night.
I'll figure out something!
