Ladies, great job this week. We've already lost more weight this week than we did last week & we're missing weigh ins from 5 or 6 people still. Great job!
I´m weighing in early too, because I´m off for a girls beach weekend in the south of Spain (not home till tuesday).....Hopefully the beach doesn´t clear when they see me in my bikini!!! haha I´m at 160.6. So, since Monday I dropped 3.3lbs. Pretty amazing! (I have changed my diet from calorie counting to eat stop eat....giving it a whirl to see hoe it works and so far it is!)

Good Monday morning everyone. (Is that an oxymoron or what?).
I had a horribly off plan weekend, and am going to have to be 100% on plan this week to make up for it. But I had a great time & I guess it must be a price I'm willing to pay since I did it. lol Hope everyone else behaved this weekend.
The weather has started to warm up here in Michigan the past week & it's supposed to be in the 60's all week. I wanted to get my bike out this weekend, but ended up getting sick. My first cold in 2 years!
Hopefully I will feel better & be able to enjoy this week's beautiful weather.
I hav been struggling but I'm determined it's not too late to reach my goal. I entered my gain today. It was worse earlier in the week. But I'm out of the 260's again finally after a hard week weight wise. Have a great week everyone.
Morning, ladies! I'm only down .2 this week, which I'm trying not to be too bummed about. I weighed in several hours early and didn't drink nearly enough water over the weekend, so I'm hoping to catch up quickly.

WI today. Up .2 from last week, but with my horribly off plan weekend I can't really complain. Been on plan totally all week & looking forward to some good numbers next week. I'm hoping to finally break that 10 lb. mark. It seems like my body is fighting to hold onto it though lol. I guess we'll find out who is more stubborn though.
It's been a really tough month for me but I have decided that I am rejoining Weight Watchers at work today. I don't know what happened but I got off track with my eating and it has been AWFUL!!! I'll have a few good days and think I'm back on track but then the weekend comes and I lose it again and again. Instead of losing, I've been slowly gaining and I want to stop the craziness. I really need to cut sugar out of my diet in order for me to be able to stick to my plan. I've been trying to do WW online but it's not working as I need the weekly weigh in accountability. So, as of today, I'll be back 100% OP and can get the scale moving down again.
CONGRATS to everyone who is doing so well and are reaching their 7/4 goal. Today is the day I'm re-commiting to reaching my 7/4 goal.
okee sorry wasnt in last week .. but I updated the sheet with my weight .. unfortunately tom was visiting and it went the wrong way lol .. but this week I managed to lose that plus some extra so happier this week ... just hope this new medication I am on doesnt have a neg effect on my weight loss.
I'm slowly getting back on track with my eating. Yesterday was really good. Now if I can just get through the weekend, I'll be on my way. Knowing that I have a weigh in on Wednesday should help me.
