Good morning ladies,

I'm glad everyone is doing good so far. I can't wait to see where we all are by July 4th.

Paradise - When I read your post about the water, it prompted me to start drinking and I just finished off 1 bottle and have opened the 2nd. Thanks for that reminder. Have you had yours today

This week I've also been trying not to weigh myself until the weekend. So far I've not been on the scale since Sunday and that's a BIG accomplishment for me.

I hope everyone has a great On Plan day

Hi Ladies! I am going away for the weekend so I weighed-in a day early (for me). I am down 2 lbs on the week. I'm a happy camper! Hopefully I don't undo all my weight this weekend. But, seeing as our main goal of the trip is to skate on the rideau canal (the biggest skating rink in the world), plus we'll be visiting museums, sightseeing, etc...I think I should be OK. I just have to stay away from the BeaverTails (which is sugary, doughy, goodness!!).

My pink yoga mat has not yet arrived in the mail, but I'm hoping next week I'll really start adding exercise more consistently. So hopefully that yoga mat arrives soon!

Congrats Laura and have a safe trip. I have been fighting this sinus/head cold but I have forced myself to go to the gym and do my sessions with the pt.

Thankies for letting me know .. didnt know I could lol .. updated it for last week and just about to go and update again down another 2.2lb this week .. more than I thought I would as was a little naughty this week (beer on Tuesday then lunch out today) .. so very happy with still heading in the right direction

I hope it's ok that I added a row to add up the total amounts lost on the spreadsheet. I was impressed to see that the first week we lost over 60 lbs. combined! Wow!

Week 2's numbers aren't all in yet, so we will have to see how we did there, but I'm pretty impressed that we averaged a 2 lb. each weight loss. Thanks to whoever picked up my slack there.

I'm hoping we don't lose any more members, but it looks like we've gained a few to replace those who may have forgotten about us. Welcome.

Well I weighed in today and am down 3 more pounds! 9.8 pounds total are gone!!!! I am definitely making some progress.

I started the weekend with a bodaypump class this morning, and just had butternut squash soup for lunch whihc was lovely. Ive had a pretty good week so I really hope it shows on teh scale tomorrow as I've got a few treats planned next week so want a good number before that!

Hey Ladies, It looks as if everyone is doing well. I didnt get to weigh in last week because I was on vacation. I had a.52% loss this week, which is fine with me. Being in France I ate and drank a lot so I am just happy to see any type of loss. Hoping for a good number this coming week though.

On a side note I signed up for a 10k marathon on April 22nd. Im looking forward to it!

Good Morning everyone, I was sick most of the weekend so I didn't make it to the gym Fri and Sat. I hated to miss my session fri with my pt but I had a head cold or sinus thing and couldn't do much of anything but I did stay op and I have a session with him today, back on track.

Hi ladies! I was on-plan all week and stayed in the 1200-1400 calorie range (I might up this...we'll see), and I'm down 8.4 pounds! That's including some water weight from last week's bounce, but I'm still pretty happy about it! I was seriously lagging

runningfromfat you are so close! I bet it's going to feel amazing to get to normal BMI

Gettinfit, how ya doing on the water? I've been trying really hard, but some days I've ended up drinking half my fluids in Diet Coke...shh

laura and 40lbs, I hope your trips were awesome!

kandd, thanks for adding the row. 60 lbs is pretty impressive!

Vicki and healthyme, awesome job!! You gals are killing it.

lovemydoggies, wow, a 10K! That's so cool! I bet it'll be amazing to finish it.

lovemydoggies, do you have a weigh-in from last week that accidentally got deleted? If not, can you put in your wk. 1 weight so the bottom formulas work?
