Happy Friday Ladies!

I'm super excited by the little woosh I saw this morning on the scale. A nice 2 pound drop from yesterday. I'm sure hoping it sticks around until my Wednesday WI.

Other than that the only thing new is that I started my Ripped in 30 dvd again. I'm finding week 1 much easier to do this time. I only need to modify a few of the exercises. Woohoo! So not only am I losing weight, but getting healthier & stronger. Yay!

momof3preemies I live closer to kennywood actually then pittsburgh, if you live so close then I'm sure you have heard of kennywood, right? Well, 190.6 this morning but it's time for TOM so I am hoping for a whoosh by the end of next week and hopfully (crossing my fingers) b in the 180's.

Stlrsgrl43: yes I go to kennywood every year....in pittsburgh a lot for specialist for my son and husband. I live a little over an hour the other way in amish country mercer lol...your so close to the 180's!!!!! yay!

Down another 1.8lbs!

I volunteer a lot at the elementary school and finally had not 1, but 3 people ask me if I have lost weight!!!

First time anyone has noticed(at least said something). It was a great feeling

4 more weeks until the 4th of July & 4.8lbs until my 4th of July goal

Woohoo! Weighed in this morning down 2.2 pounds from last week. I'm so glad I saw a big drop because I was 100% last week with both my exercise & my eating. This brings me up to 5.5% of my weight lost on this challenge. Now, it's looking like my goal of 170 by the 4th may be obtainable. I just have to continue to do what I did last week.

Stlrsgrl, congratulations on the new decade. It's the best feeling when you hit that new decade. Momof3preemies, you will get there soon. You've been rocking this challenge.

Tontus, great job on the 1.8 pounds! That is an awesome NSV. It's great that people are noticing and commenting on all your hard work. Keep going chickie.

Congratulations momof3preemies! Woohoo! Great job on hitting the 180's!

Now you both need to come join me in the 170's! Hopefully you don't have as hard of a time getting out of those as I did. It took me almost 4 months! But I did it. So will you both.

It's so hard to believe that there's only 3 weeks until the end of this challenge. Boy has time flown by! I'm keeping my fingers crossed to hit my goal. And working my butt off too.

I'm not expecting to see any movement on the scale on my WI Wednesday since TOM is coming up & I'm already starting to get bloated, but both Saturday & Sunday I was weighing the same as I did on last week's WI, which is always a good sign. I usually go up a little bit on the weekends. Not sure why, but I do.

I have a question about fat grams. About how many fat grams does everyone usually eat a day? I am wondering if I might be eating too few ( is that even possible) yeaterday i was at around 12 for the day and the day before was around 14 sometimes i get around 30 but very seldom evr go over 40. Should I try to get more fat in?

Congrats to all that saw a loss this week! To all those who didn't see a loss, or have fallin' off track........ today is a new day! Keep on trying!

Stlrsgrl As far as fat grams I NEVER pay attention to them(just calories) so I went back and looked at my food log and MFP has my goal at 53 grams on a day I workout and 40 grams on a day that I don't. But my fat grams are all over the place, in the last week I saw a 30 grams for low but 83 grams for a high day but in general I am right around 55 grams. HTH!
