Good morning ladies, I am still stuck and on top of that I got TOM for the second time this month. My body isn't cooperating at all. I am doing "The new rules of lifting for women" and have this week and next week left for phase 1 then I am suppose to take a week off from lifting before starting phase 2. I think maybe my body might need that week off, idk.
UGH! No loss at all this week......no gain either Too bad I was hoping on hitting 30lbs lost! Hopefully this week it will happen. I am looking into getting a bodymedia core armband, got some B-day money to spend
I registered my weigh in on the spreadsheet. I took a few week break from 3fc. I came back because my weight is climbing. I'm glad there is still 10 weeks left on this challenge.
Great job ladies. My weigh in is officially tomorrow, but I just started today. I will go ahead & enter whatever the number will be tomorrow, but know I'm going to be sad to see it back in the 180's.

As far as me, totally off plan this weekend, but come Monday I climb right back on. Maybe that's why my weight loss isn't going as well as I would like. Darn weekends.
WI was up to 181.2 yesterday, today down to 180.2. I'm hoping I continue to lose more water & get down further into the 170's by next week's WI. I think this month was the most I've ever put on at TOM. I was up 5 pounds! Yikes. Usually it's only about 2-3.
I have a lot planned for this weekend since the hubby is out of town. Going for a 15ish mile bike ride with a girlfriend & a ton of yard work. I'm hoping to have a lot done by hubby's return Monday.
Weigh in for me in the morning this week .. been a naughty week .. turned 40 and misbehaved a little .. finishing with pancakes for tea tonight ... but I only had a couple and I had them with fresh apple and only a little bit of maple syrup instead of drowning a stack in syrup lol ... could hardly finish my last one so full So other than dinner on my birthday .. and drinks the night before (a lot less than I used to as well ) and then dinner tonight I have actually been behaving a little better than the last few weeks .. so will be happy if I have only lost a pound .... even half a pound .. as long as Im heading in the right direction

very tired tonight .. been a long week at the new job ... so much to do and I probably havent lost the weight in the best way as I have just been so busy at work .. but Im trying to get back on track
Just had a 2lb whoosh, which puts me at 156lbs, 1 lb away from my goal for this challenge! Although, I'd love to get to 150lbs since I still have some time then.
Ladies, I have had the worst week in a really long time, and haven´t been to the boards. When I am bad I tend to hide. We have been planning our IVF and I have been taking meds to get this started this week, but hubby said he wanted me to wait until he got home. It was a big fight, but now in the end we are waiting. On monday my precious spoiled doggy´s testicle sac exploded and he almost died. He was castrated the week before and got an infection they couldnt stop. They admitted him to the hospital, he is home now and doing better. And on thursday a family member was murdered. It´s been a VERY emotional week for me and I have cried and ATE A LOT!!! I have no idea how much I´ve put on I have been too depressed to look.
But, since we are postponing the IVF, I am getting back on the wagon, starting this morning and no matter the damage I am going to weigh in and finish this challenge. My goal is to lose another 15lbs by the end of this challenge.
I´ve put on my big girls panties and am trying to deal with things and enjoy everyday!

I'd like to start today if I can 4/29/12. If that's o k ? I'd love to lose 20 lbs or more that's my challenge, by July 1st Canada Day! A few days shorter than July 4 th, but I am Canadian!
It's official! 178.2 woohoo! Now I just need to lose 4 more pounds to be out of the "obese" category on my BMI! That's my goal for May.
I also decided to revise my goal for this challenge. I think trying to get to 150 lbs is way too ambitious for this challenge. I think I was fooled by how fast the weight came off in the begining & thought it would stay that way. Silly me! But this is my first real attempt to lose weight, so it's a learning experience to say the least!
Keep up the great work ladies! I'm so impressed by what we've done. Almost 250 pounds lost! Wow!
Hey Ladies, I didn´t post my weight on Monday because I forgot, but I did weigh in at a 2.2lb gain, putting me at 158.4..=( Everyday is still a struggle, but I am trying the best I can in that moment. I won´t lie and say I didnt sit down with a jar of Nutella yesterday....haha. Gosh, I do really want to get to me goal for so many reasons. I just need to remember that and take things day by day.
