    Laura - Congrats on maintaining your loss while away for the weekend. That's a great accomplishment.

    lovemydoggiesx2 - I am struggling this week to get my momentum back. I got frustrated over the weekend and went crazy with snacking. I am trying really hard to get back in the zone I was in. The good thing is that I've still been exercising. Yesterday was a better day but not 100%. I am hoping to make today a 100% OP day. I haven't weighed so I'm not sure how much damage I've done in the 4 days You are so right in stating that WE CAN DO IT!!!

    kandd416 - I'm going to copy your idea and track my weight every day for the next month to see my body's weight loss cycle. I think that will help me too.

    I'm planning to have a great day. Yesterday I forced myself to do a 3 mile hilly walk and if it's not raining, I'm going to do the same thing today.

    lovemydoggiesx2, I feel as motivated TODAY as I did when it started. I don't always though! Sometimes I look down at my thighs (or other fatty body part) and feel like it is never going to happen.

    I was actually watching Galaxy Quest and almost ate some of the pizza my friends were eating but the guy on the show happened to say never 'give up, never surrender' right then and it made me put the pizza down Talk about nerdy good timing!
    THAT is so flippin AWESOME! Hooray for you!!
  • today is my weigh in day, and it's almost time for my first meal (i do IF and eat between 2pm and 9pm most days)... and i don't want to do it. i'm sore all over from starting weight training, as well as all puffed up because apparently spring has sprung here in SC and my system does not like it one bit. i know there's going to be a gain, and probably a hefty one but the gains depress me! sigh.

    i think i'm grumpy because my face feels like a red balloon.

  • I am crossing my fingers that I'll see the end of the 270's this week when I weigh in on Friday. I've been exercising a lot and keeping my calories within my limit.
  • Morning Everyone! Super snowy outside today - we've waited all winter for the snow.....I'm not sure if the kids will have school or not, we'll see!

    Today is my official weigh-in day and I lost 2 lbs on the week! I must have been holding onto some water weight after my trip because there's no way I could lose 2 lbs since Tuesday, but hey, I did and I'm happy. On my way to Onederland!!

    HealthyMe: Did you say goodbye to the 270's??

  • I'm down a pound today (finally!) so 162.2lbs now. I imagine I might be down more in the next couple of days because it's my usual whoosh time but we'll see. I'd love to have another 3lb whoosh like last month but I'm not sure if I'm that lucky because I was traveling on vacation this week so my eating wasn't exactly the best (but we were walking a lot so hopefully it's a wash).
  • Now down to 161.1lbs (actually I saw 160.9lbs first but then if went up to 161.1lbs at the last second). Hopefully I'll be out of the 160's soon!
  • Hi all .. its been a roller coaster week and I have been a little off plan this week .. surprisingly I still lost a little weight this week .. not as much as I would have liked .. but considering the week Im surprised it was still in the right direction lol ..

    This weeks weigh in is 294.32 pounds ... Ive tried updating the spreadsheet but it wont let me type in it for some reason .. will give it another go when I get home tomorrow. Im on a 13 day work week lol .. and on day 8 .. tomorrow is day 9 ... needless to say Im getting a little tired and the temptation to be naughty and get some fast food is getting a little hard to resist.. plus not being able to get to the gym this week has brought me a little down .. BUT ... fortunately I love my job lol ... looking forward to having Friday & Saturday off next week (I hope!) its been a month since I had 2 days off and my house sooooo needs a good clear out lol.

    I think everyone is doing fantastic ..Im loving seeing the spreadsheet and the totals .. incredible work everyone!! For those that didnt do as well as you hoped or went the wrong direction .. dont look on it as the wrong direction .. merely a more scenic route this week, but next week is back on the main road

  • Ahhh, my weigh in is tomorrow an I am nervous. My family is still visiting (they leave tomorrow) and we have been eating out so much. They just say to diet when they leave...haha. It has been 70 for the last few days and I hope it continues. Im trying to eat reasonably today and tomorrow I will start my marathon training.

    Only 0.75lb off for me this week, so 177.5lb is my weight.

    Sorry to those who haven't been able to update. I have no idea what happened to the spreadsheet! The title was messed up, the editing settings were off, and the dates have somehow shifted. Something may have gone weird when I synced my docs to a new app on my phone, but I don't see how that would have moved the dates since they're not based on a formula You should all have access again now. Let me know if not.

    Also, does anyone know why the weights that haven't changed are showing up red? I'm not sure if some of you are doing that yourselves or if it's built into the spreadsheet — doesn't matter to me as long as no one feels weird about it.

    I've been insanely busy lately and keep putting off coming to this thread because I'm so behind, but I'm diving back in!

    I've been sticking to my calories almost perfectly since Feb. 15 — only went over once (this past Friday), when a late-night diner omelet put me at 1800, which is still below maintenance cals I went down to 289 on Thursday then bounced back to 191.6 on Friday and have been stuck there since, but I'm hoping for a drop in time for tomorrow's weigh-in.

    WOW, I can't believe how awesome you ladies are all doing, esp. lovemydoggies, takingcontrol, omgzitsmiranda, leftoverqueen, etc.

    Countrybarbie24, sorry for the late response! Sure, you can join. Do you have data from the last four weeks? Otherwise it'll probably be hard to catch up, but it might be fun to log along with us anyway. I'll add a row for you, and you can add in your info.

    Laura Glad you had fun on your trip! Are you enjoying yoga with Bob? P.S. I think your starting weight got changed — it's saying you went from 270 to 214 in the first week

    lovemydoggies, I'm definitely still motivated. I think I get more into it as it goes on because I reeeally want to make my goal.

  • Im down 1.4lbs this week. Phhhewww, I was worried. Im happy I had a lose. This week the family is gone and Im shooting to get out of the 160īs!!!
