I just got back from a 1.5 mile walk on my office's treadmill. felt good to get away from my desk and do something physically productive. I'm looking forward to a great week!

Hey, how's everyone doing? This was my TOM week so I haven't really been watching the scale much. It's almost done so hopefully there will be some nicer numbers showing up soon. I'd love to be out of the 160's this month but that might be a bit too ambitious.

i'm being the kink in the works by not weighing in until wednesday... i might have to start changing my day so i'm not messin it up :P maybe split the difference and weigh on tuesdays...

hello again. i am still interested in joining the challenge. I weighed this morning and i was at 254.8. I noticed that some people added themselves to the list, but i don't want to mess up the formulas that were plugged in.

Hey, ladies!! I've been super busy at work and was traveling over the weekend (I still haven't learned to not eat a ton of crappy snack food on road trips, plus there were wineries...yikes) but I'll be back tonight to clean up the spreadsheet and add the new gal(s?) who asked to be added but haven't been yet.

went ahead and did my weigh in today because i know tomorrow will be a false high after a heavy dinner tonight (lasagna, garlic bread, cake)... another 3.1 pounds down this week. even better since today started TOM (on valentine's day too, my poor husband!) i could dance. this once a week weighing in makes me happy.

Ok, I fixed up the spreadsheet and added MangoLover and itsjustmagic. I semi-removed losingLOLA, opheliaphoenix and MichiganJen since there haven't been any weigh-ins yet, but I kept their starting weights next to their names in case they pop back up this week.

Mangolover, I put in the weight you listed for starting, week 1 and week 2. If your weights were different for those weeks, you can change them, I just added it to make the formulas work properly.

Huge congrats to ALL of you for the awesome job!! I can't believe how well some of us are doing (wow!, konfyoozed, IslandVet, takingcontrol, leftoverqueen, marla26etc.!

I'm shamefully far behind...I planned going into this weekend to not let it affect the plan, but I totally lost control. *shrug* back on track this week. Hopefully some of it is water weight since I've had pretty much none in days.

konfyoozed, sorry about TOM on V-day

HealthyMeWannabe, That is so cool that your office has a treadmill! I can't say I'd actually be motivated enough to use it if we had one, but it's an awesome thing to do.

runningfromfat, here's to a woosh after TOM goes away!

I started seeing a new doctor this week and he put me on a medication (not for weight loss) that is supposed to have appetite suppression as a side effect, which will be a happy surprise if it works that way for me. He also told me to cut back on the caffeine (which I drink in outrageous amounts), so we'll see what knocking the milk in lattes out of my diet does.

Thanks ParadiseFalls. Unfortunately, no whoosh, though. My body has been stubbornly hanging around right at the high end of 164lbs lately. However, my waist has gone down half an inch so that's good at least. I had a huge loss last month (6lbs) so I'd be surprised if I lose anywhere near it this month. Mostly if I lose anything I'm happy!

Nightkatt, you can enter in your own numbers. It makes it easier on Paradisefalls to only have to add newcomers & remove the nonparticipants. Anyone can plug in their numbers if you didn't know.

I just looked at the spreadsheet & I have to say great job ladies! Keep up the great work.

For me it's the same. I've been at this for over 1.5 years so the possibility of being at my goal (or really freaking close to it!) by the time it's over is really exciting. At the very least I should be at a healthy BMI by then and just losing vanity pounds, which in and of itself would be awesome!!! Only 8lbs to go before I reach that point.
