April wasn't so good. I've been binging and I gained a pound

My weight this morning was 264...ugghh..I can't believe it.
My goal for May is:
Weigh myself only 1 time this month - May 31st.
1300 - 1400 cal per day
Walk 6 times a week
Check in to this thread or another 3FC at least once a day
