Don't give up, VickieLou! At least you're still here posting. Maybe more regular accountability would help. You could make a goal of checking in at least weekly on 3FC or something. Just a thought...

Well I didn't make my goal of 10 pounds but I came pretty close. I also made it to the third week of C25K and I'm going to keep on going!!!Congrats to all who made their goals and kudos for those who didn't but are still at it!!!

no news is bad news in my case.

Probably more like 124 than my target 122 but not been on scales for a couple of weeks!!!....

However, i'm back into regular gym classes and reguar running, so am relatively happy.

Congratulations to all those who achieved their targets in May and even more congratulations to all those who've gone on to set new targets for June
