Master Yoda ~ I love that you use those ninja icons. They are hilarious as are you. You made a funny you did. At any rate, it's raining cats and dogs here as well. What the **** does that even mean? Raining cats and dogs? Why do we say that? Can't say I've ever witnessed it raining cats and dogs...what the hay? ummm...where was I? Oh yes, raining here as well. Almost a monsoon at one point, but looks to me as it's clearing out. on the panties girlfriend! You are just slimming right on down. Three cheers for dropping those pounds. You're amazing! Have I mentioned that lately? You tell TOM to kiss it and go about your business. It's kind of funny how a bunch of us all ended up having him visit at the same time this month. In real time, that probably wouldn't be a great thing...too many women all on TOM, at the same time...! Can't say that would be a pretty site. Anywho, I'm rambling..per usual, you take it easy and find some time to relax, you definitely deserve it.
MsP ~ Oh my gosh, your trip sounds amazing. I wanna go. Your husband sounds amazing as well. You lucky gal! Enjoy the trip and think of me while you are having all that fun up there. I'll be with ya in spirit!
Plexi ~ Wow! Ten miles.. and on the loss, that water retaining can be a real pain, but it has to leave at some point.
Jacqui ~ I hope your well and I'm sending 's your way!
LaurenA ~ Love the attitude. Patience does pay off in the long run dear. I do hope your able to get some sleep tonight.
FSA ~ Awe shucks lady! Golly beave, I could just give ya's a big ol bear hug! But you know I feel the same way about our little group as well. Your always so thoughtful and full of positive energy. Tell me if I'm crazy, but was I reading something between those lines in your comment? At least TOM is gone and you can get right back OP. The amazing thing is catching it the NEXT DAY, as opposed to a month, or year down the road, where one pound turns into too many. You are an awesome lady hun and doing a fanfreakintastic job! I believe in you and know that you will see goal FSA! Never give up, never surrender! I'll give you gals a buffalo nickel if you can tell me what movie thats from. At any rate, rock on sexy momma...rock on!
Susie ~ Yup, it's difficult, but the more days you are OP, the easier it gets...or at least it does for me.
As for myself I had my first day over calories and oddly enough, I didn't beat myself up for it. I did well all day but that evening I had a craving for a big meal and gave in to my chili dog cravings I've been having for a week. I did compromise and skipped the fries once I found out they had as much calorie as two chili dogs!
In the end I was 200 calories over but like I said, I'm not upset about it. Its definitely not going to be an every day thing but it helped me get out of the feeling deprived mode I had been in for the past several days.
MsP~ Oh my that sounds YUMM-O!! I'll definitely have to give those a shot! I don't know if the kids would eat all the veggies (they're not big into tomatoes & peppers) but I will definitely be making these for hubby & I!! We'll be having peppers sometime this summer from the garden so I'll need something to do with them! Thanks for taking the time to share them, they sound so easy and I bet with some tweeking you could totally mix things up tons of different ways!
SuzyQ~ think nothing of it my dear! With TOM messing with me, it helps to become a drill sgt somewhere other than home!
That goes for all you other chickies too! Do you need a giant ? It doesn't have to be about exercising or eating well or drinking your water either--although I'd be happy to do it for those. It could be anything! For a limited time (while TOM is in town) I'm offering ample s and lots of extra and --just consider me your I'm all and because of TOM so I need the outlet!
Taking requests, starting.....
Now!!
*Please note:
Offer available for a limited time only! and subject to unlimited availability while TOM is in town.
Once TOM is gone, this limited time offer is over. Well, until next month that is.
MasterDelphi~ Galaxy Quest!
Truth be told I had to google it!
AtlGirl~ sometimes we just go over. Sometimes we just NEED to go over. It won't make a bit of difference if you stay OP and exercise. Good for you letting it go! Now, if you were to have told us you had a giant ice cream sundae, I'd be singin' a different tune, so don't push it!

Down to 165.4, was retaining water weight for a while there and was getting frustrated cause I couldn't loose it.
Yesterday however me and my boyfriend went for a 10 mile walk around the city park, they have nice marked trails that tell you the distance. Lol, boy am I sunburned and my feet hurt but atleast it kicked me off my plateau.
Hope Im able to get down to 159 by the end of june D:
Two pounds a week should get you there!!! I know you can do....Go for it!!!

You ARE crazy!!! Funny too!!!
This thread was very busy today and I am a bit tired so I can't really read it all. I wish I could check at work, which I sometimes do, however lately I have been too busy to log on to 3FC
I too have had a rough week with TOM, and not getting enough sleep because of work. That is ALWAYS a recipe for disaster when it comes to my diet. Thankfully, I am still pluggin along, (because no matter what I don't want to be fat, and unhealthy anymore!) today, though I feel like The clouds have lifted, and I am back on my game. It is a good feeling, and I would encourage anyone on our thread to just keep pluggin because it is worth it when you come out the otherside. Now I am not saying I have had Stellar weight loss, but sometimes just getting through the week without gaining is a HUGE HUGE success. I have been over my calories everyday, by alot, but I still wrote it down and counted every moursel. I still made myself workout. Like I wast trying to explain in an earlier post, it isn't always losing weight that is the reward. Often times it is my new habits that I count as my weekly reward. I know it makes it ssslllooowwwwwww, but I know that the next time life comes crashing in, I won't wake up a month later, and 20 pounds heavier, because I have new habits that will keep me more in line. Anyhow, just thought I would share with you all because it helps me to put it in writing sometimes, like I might listen to myself if I write it.
OK girls, I'll be back, Hubby just came and asked If I wanted to go for a drive.......And, he has the top off the Bronco-----Lovin' IT!!!!!!
ok cmo4, i don't know how to do those emoticons or what they all mean, but i could use a kick in the hiney and whatever else is represented by those other charming animations. perhaps daily kicks. i am just up and down every day and losing confidence that i will ever be anything other than this weight which i have been since high school. i think my body is very comfortable here but i really want to give it a shot and just see if i can change it up. but these numbers on the scale are not giving me much incentive...

Hey girls,'s! My butt woke up at five, so I'm a little behind schedule, so I'll come back later and catch up with everyone. I'm probably gonna jinx myself by saying this as TOM is still around, but it seriously hasn't been bad. I think I got the worst of his reign pre-TOM. I did have a rough patch last week, so I guess he is giving me a bit of a break. Day 4, so I'm hopeful he is on his way out of here and Darth Scale will stop fluctuating so much and I can continue my descant down to goal.
Anywho, you ladies have a fabulous Friday, drink plenty of water and remember those smiles.
Good Morning Ladies
Hey girls,'s! My butt woke up at five, so I'm a little behind schedule,
: : :: : :
That post WAS late for you!!! I've got big news....not getting on the scale paid off!!! I lost 3 lbs since last Friday!!! I'm not getting on the scale till next Friday...it is so much better for me!!!
MsP: Thanks for the great recipe idea - I tried my first packet tonight for dinner: chicken, tomato, squash, olives, mushies, some lemon oregano flavouring and too much garlic. Apart from the garlic, it was great, and will definitely become part of my repertoire.
Lewisempire: Congratulations for not just sinking back into ignoring it and pretending it doesn't matter! And good luck getting back on track.
Awesome, Couch! Glad you enjoyed it. Like I said CMof4, we can change it up. My kids won't eat all the veggies either. They'd rather have a salad, so I "customize" their packets.
Well, can't stay long. I'm off to drop the kiddies off before DH and I head out. Hope everyone has a fabulous weekend!

Good Morning All
Slept in this morning & I'm running late.
Feel like I lost weight yesterday. I won't get on the scale until Sunday.
Seems to me that right before I drop a little more weight I feel discouraged or challenged in some way.
I guess the weight loss key for me is to persevere & ignore momentary and fleeting tribulation. The battle will be won in my head.
Hope you all have a great day
