Nope - the beach challenge is on your own to get the 1400 miles done to get to the beach.

28 was a good year for me too - it was when I joined in here and started getting my stuff (a-hem) together.
It's taken awhile - and I've had set backs... but my mind set completely did a 180 that year. With the whole
thing though - I'm following Nessa's lead and making 30 my year to HIT GOAL!!!!

But October 1st is the day that I'm going to start ramping things up again. Starting with Slim in 6. It's a great program - has great progression, and It starts off easy (which I'll need) and gets harder... so by the end of the 6 weeks I'll be in MUCH better shape. I cant wait to be in ONEDERLAND again!!!!!
