My first BIG goal is to get OUT of the #200's again FOREVER!!! I know that Landon is COMPLETELY worth it - but still!!!
You'll be out of the 200's in NO time after that baby is here! I can't believe you have only gained 25 pounds! 10 pounds of that has to be baby and placenta at least! And then figure another 3-5 for water retention.....you'll probably only have to lose 10-15 pounds and that will come off FAST.
I'm trying to think up a good mini-challenge for today. Where is everyone?
I haven't been on much...but I am still here. School is almost done and I have so much work to do yet. YIKES!
I am still OP on eating and exercising. The weight loss is slow now! I am happy if it keeps going down. Slow is okay. I'm not in a rush. Yesterday, I made my 10 month anniversary of being OP. 67 lbs in 10 months...not bad.
I am on the REDCOATS team and I stayed the same this week. Maybe next week I will show a loss.
Okay, so I had a really tough time thinking up a mini-challenge for this week. I finally thought that since we are separated in teams that maybe we could have a little team play action SOOOOOOO.....
the mini-challenge is gonna be a 20 pound team challenge. The first team to lose 20 pounds WINS.
BTW Mel, remember we took them photos a while back of ill fitting clothes, well I am wearing my jeans, and Oh how I love em, they are so comfy and well worth the purchase I never buy designer clothes as they are always small and I feel uber fat in em.

redcoats--- i'm sorry i forgot to WI yesterday morning so i did it at night so i have a gain for the week but do not worry i am going to recover for the week and gain but in the right direction this week.
koshi--- way to go on the jeans.
anyway this was a long week once again. i am begining to wonder if i will ever get there though. i feel like it will not happen. as far as the trip to the beach i have no idea how far i am. i will have to think about it and try and remember what i have done so far. anyway back to the house cleaning.

Ok - this was a not good week for SEVERAL people! We had a lot of people that dropped out - or at least missed the second weigh-in in a row. Also there were a lot of gains this week. Not sure what's going on there...
Let's really pump up the teams for the mini-challenge and hit that #20 goal!!! You're worth it - but you have to want it bad enough to work for it!!!
Just a quick check in. I was feeling totally crazy tonight and in need of a drastic change so I'm coloring my DARK brown hair bleach blonde...LOL...I have NEVER been blonde before...but I guess I'm ready for a change...maybe to signify the soon to be all together new healthy me!
