Pat - I do girly ones on my knees - and I just finished the test again... 34!!!!

I'm SO IMPRESSED WITH MYSELF!!! But Wow - those were TOUGH!!! Seriously, not bad for slacking so much lately huh?
I take it we're going to challenge ourselves to do the 100 pushup challenge again!! WOO HOO! I'm going to schedule out my workouts... EVERYDAY! Some days will be 20 mins, some an hour... I'm going to mix it up so that I don't get bored, and I keep my body guessing.

So i'm going to schedule in the push ups too!

IT'S TIME FOR ME TO TAKE CONTROL!!!
Today was the last day of binging... I didn't really mean to, but it happened. I have to retrain my body after these few weeks of hiatis! so I'm at 1940 cals today. Tomorrow - back to the 1200-1500 range!!! And I WILL GET IN A MINIMUM of 100 oz. of Water!!! I know that alone will help me lose the sodium weight that I've collected! Maybe I can lose more then #18 in the 9ish weeks! (Would that
