Hi everyone!
Halloween Quizes ... what's that? I see it in Enygirl's siggy and Dixiemae's post.

I checked out the Halloween challenge but decided that my plate was already full enough (excuse the pun, lol). I'm doing the Biggest Loser challenge, so that should keep me busy. (Almost time to weigh in for that one ... got to shed 2 more pounds to get back to my 187. Eny, after my weekend binge-fest I jumped back up to 192 too.

But it's part of that "cushion" (food bloat) I consider quick weight to lose. (It comes on quick and comes off quick too.) So I wasn't too worried about it - but it sure is a shocker when you look at the scale and it says you've gained 5 pounds in only 2 days! AHHHHHHHH!!!!! (Gee, I wonder if it had anything to do with the fact that I downed a box of Cheez-its over 2 days?)

How embarassing! lol I won't tell y'all what else I ate!!!
Anyhow, glad everyone seems to be getting back on track.
I got back on track yesterday and even managed to get back on the treadmill. I am leaning more and more to the calorie counting part of my plan than the YOAD part. I love that YOAD keeps me loaded up on good-for-you food, but sometimes I just WANT to eat white pasta or a cookie or whatever, so I manage to fit them within the counting. Seems to be working, but I really gotta watch those "trigger" foods. I think I'll keep up the YOAD, but with lots of flexibility to allow for things not considered kosher to that plan. This seems to be working well for me.
