Earthshaker, I get a little body miffed when I lose weight--I lose it so disproportionately, my bottom half hangs on to fat while my top half willingly lets go.
That said I am not losing. Boo. Yesterday was one of my best exercise days, I took the stairs up to my apartment for the first time (23 floors), did my push-up challenge and a dance workout. I know that the increase in exercise can bump you up but it would be so lovely to be heading in the other direction.

too. I'm going to not use a video right now - and just find some good meditation moves I can do for about 20 minutes at home.. I'm just SO unmotivated with exercise right now! UGH! I stepped on the scale this morning, and I put back on some of what I loss last week. So I KNOW I have to step it up so that I can have a loss this week!!! I HAVE TO HIT #170VILLE by the 4th!!!!
