Hi,
I know there is only 3 weeks to go, but would like to join this challenge if I may?
I would like to lose 3kg in the remaining time.
Only have stats for the last 4 days...
Sunday 1232 cals
Monday 764 cals
Tuesday 1054 cals
Today..at 2:22pm it is a work in progress, but have consumed 182 cals.

Good luck everyone...(I now have to go through and read all the posts...lol)

it looks like everybody's having a hard time right now.... is something in the air? Well, I'm just getting back into exercising, taking too much time off and doing very little, but working my way up. Got in a half hour yesterday, better than nothing. So I'm the same now, was up 2lbs...hopefully now I can see progress. Not feeling particularly energetic but we'll see. Oh, yes and the candy bars and stuff keep calling me...and a bad thing I shouldn't keep in the house (ice cream).... but still not going too bad for all of this. Good luck and hope everybody can pull out of their funk too!

Good Morning Chicks!

Ive got some form of exercise on tabs today() i took a rest day yesterday. I laid out in the sun instead (i know,i know..its not good for me)

Does anyone ever watch man vs food? Yesterday he was on about 10pm and he was going to eat a HUGE double cheeseburger. I had to turn the channel because i wanted a cheeseburger anyways, i never did eat anything and went to be hungryso i woke up very proud of myself this morning. I think im getting to the mind set of .. 'i don't care,i want to lose weight' Summer is only a couple of months away

Lori-Im sorry to see that your still having a hard time breathing...i wish there was something i could do to help You and your DH are still in my thoughts...and LOL,yes...i am a priss when it comes to putting worms on hooks. I use to do it by myself when i was younger(i have two older brothers and was a huge tom boy before my teens hit) but i can't do it now..ick! I hope you feel better soon

NightAngel-Good job getting in your workout yesterday! Ive got easter candy coming out of my ears...im hoping the kids will have it all ate by the end of the week..

susie-Good job on your workouts..i think i will do some yoga today as well,it always makes me feel better.

I'm feeling better today about my exam considering the prof. finally went over exactly what was on it. Ive been studying so much for it...its tomorrow! i'm still staying OP and maintaining my weight. I think the only way for me to meet my challenge goal is to either eat less...which will NOT happen because I'm very happy here and feel satisfied...and I haven't in a very long time...or work out....lol...looks like I have to start working out. I think I will have more time after my exam maybe get in the gym a few days a week. I can't complain because I haven't worked out to lose weight so it's my fault, but at the same time I'm very happy where I'm at. I do though want to see 115 just once...just to say I did it! and after that maintain where I'm at now. But i'm not going to starve myself nor work out like 5 hours a day....like the biggest loser ppl...love that show btw. So 1lb to go for my challenge goal. I really don't have any cravings for Fast Food anymore except for Subway...I'm trying not to eat out there due to prices and lots of sodium and the calories can rack up. Well it seems everyone is doing great and some of us are in a slump...so lets get out of it and keep on trucking...."Fight! Fight to the Death!"

I have read your posts on the last days but I was feeling blue and decided that it was better not to post. Today I’m feeling better because I found out that with Easter food and everything I managed to achieve my first official mini goal. I have been disappointed at myself because Easter showed me that I’m not ready to stay in front of food that I love. I did not binge but I ate much more than what I have planed. Las days have been so difficult to stay on plan and look my calories. April represents difficult times with my sister and father birthdays and them so far away. I hope I will be able to see them on June after almost 10 years. I hope that the sun on this beautiful day will help me to lift my mood.

Wow, its been awhile. Working outside, mixed with the spring weather and pollen, has wreaked havoc on my allergies the past few weeks. So I haven't been getting on the computer in the afternoons after work, I was napping instead lol. My weight is up a little because of all the candy I ate for easter But now the candy is gone and I'm back on track. It also helps that the weather has gotten hot the past few days (80 degrees). It turns out that my appetite decreases when it's hot, and it's only gonna get hotter from here. I also drink tons more water. So I'm hoping the weather will help me stay on track.

Hey everyone!!

I'm feeling great today. I'm very excited because I'm getting close to goal. I have on a skirt today that I have had for 7 years. I am just now able to wear it. It's an 18 and it looks HOT!! I've gotten lots of comments about the weight loss and how good it looks. It's fitted and not my norm but I'm loving it. My supervisor and director were like you are loosing a lot of weight what are you doing. Then they asked if I was planning on having another child and if my husband saw me before I left for work. NO to both of those questions. One of my coworkers asked if the walk came with the skirt. I have only worn a skirt to work maybe twice in the two years I've been here. I got nice legs even at the size they are but I'm working it. You ladies would be so proud of me!!

I'm also getting better with 30 Day Shred level 2. I just got back from the gym and I feel FANTASTIC!!

Enough about me...How close are you all to your goal? We are going to do this. I know it's been a rough couple of days but lets move past those things and get the goods to get the goods...goals!!!

Good for you jigglefree! Doesn't feel so good to wear something you KNOW you look good in?

Misspriss...I LOVE the travel channel, though I try to watch more Andrew Zimmern (sp?) instead of Man vs. Food...definitely better for squelching the old appetite, lol.

Aluxa, don't worry...you're not the only one who overdid it at Easter. All we can do is get back on track and keep going!

Zoochick, I can't wait until the hotter weather makes its way up north. I too drink more water and eat less in the summer. Plus I do more "fun" exercise (swimming and that sort of thing) that doesn't FEEL like exercise. Summer rocks

Still a little nervous about Friday's weigh in. I've been on track this week, but don't really FEEL like I've made up for Easter weekend yet. I guess the numbers will tell.

Did my biggest loser sculpting DVD, level 2 today. Been a while since I've done it, was definitely harder than last time! Couldn't quite get through the whole ab workout, but I tried my best.

Hi Chicks! Easter has really messed me up! Ever since Easter I can't seem to stay within my usual calorie limit. I didn't even eat that much on Easter, well 1900 cal. which is a bit high for me. It seems i can stick to it for a day, then the next day I overeat again. I am still working outside building the patio, and I'm probably burning a lot off. If I wasn't, I would have gained alot more weight by now. Today I had 1800 cal. and again that's way to high for me. I have to stop this habit of eating so many calories, when the patio is done, I won't be able to burn those extra calories. I lost 3 ounces from yesterday(1025 cal) but I'm sure I'll gain it back from todays high calories. I still have 2 lbs. to lose for the challenge! I hope I can behave tomorrow.

It sounds like we're all getting back on track following Easter weekend and all the goodies. We still have tons of candy around here, but luckily that's not my weakness. Now if there were pound cake, or cookies or such I'd be miserable!

I've gotten right back on track this week and ended today with 1315 calories and did 3.6 miles on the treadmill today. I had planned to do more exercise, but the day got away from me.

I'm sort of looking forward to my weigh in on Friday since it will have been 2 weeks between weigh ins since I skipped last week due to TOM. I am hoping to be very close to my Arbor Day goal. I would be over the moon to make it this early but it would be very unlikely to make it completely but close will be great!

Ok, off to slumbertown for me. Hope everyone has a great day tomorrow.

I will be missing in action for the next day or 2~I am doing great still with weight But As far as health not so good~Just having lots of probs with my breathing~Gonna take a few days off of the internet & rest. Suppose to be
50's During the day & 30's at night for the next 2 days So I plan to Snuggle in the bed for 2 days in the warmth. I am hoping the rest will do me good~they say allergies is Really bad this year~& Maybe that is helping my asthma/emphysema~Seem like it is doing me in. I did get an appointment to see a lung doctor on May 17th. ~Which is my daughter 17th birthday~I got married and had her when I was 17 & of course have been married 17 years now. So I am hopefull this will continue to be a lucky number for me & the Lung doctor can figure me out.(It's kinda sad when your so excited to see a pulmonolgist~I think thats how ya spell it I am to tired to think right)~Well anyways I am a strong lady So I will figure this all out & Take care of whatever the prob is best I can.....But for now I need some Mopey/Depressed rest~LOL~I will stay on plan just gonna mope~I need a few days to collect my thoughts.~Don't miss me tooo much everyone~LOL just kidding~STAY STRONG EVERYONE U CAN DO IT!!!

Good morning everyone! Today is a big day for me....I have my exam tonight and I made my challenge goal!...now to see if I can keep it for the next couple of days to really say I made it. According to my ticker I need .4lbs to lose but i'm in the poundage range anyway. So I'm going to eat bkfst, pack my lunch and head to campus for my study group to rock this exam! Many i'm hoping for an A!

Everyone on here is doing very well and I'm so proud of all of you!

Last night the bf decided to go out after work with his friends....well I had to study anyway so the house was quiet...but that meant how was he going to get home?...because stupid men don't think about drinking and driving...so I told him to call me when he was done so I can pick him up...like I had a choice....so when I picked him up he was pretty inibriated and wanted Taco Bell...so much for the not eating out and fast food.....he said as he was eating it last night, he felt like he was cheating on me....with food! lol.....So missed a little sleep and now to drop him back off to get his car....stupid men, lol....Well I stay OP and that's all that matters.


I hope you all have a wonderful day. I may take a study break and get on here in a little while.
