Well team I have been a busy little bee in the kitchen this morning cooking up stuff for DH's birthday dinner. I can't believe what a good cook I am
AND It is ALL stuff that I really DON'T need to be eating which is SOOO hard. Rhubarb pie with homemade crust, homemade pesto with basil from the garden, homemade olive bread, blah, blah, blah. He wanted steak and I did get little filet mingnon which I will only eat about 3 oz of tonight. When I asked him what he wanted THIS is what he wanted...go figure
Anyway, my exercise has been good this week and I have eaten my exact calorie limit for the past 5 days (I don't eat the calories I burn in exercise so I know I'm creating a deficit)...I'm off to do 4 more miles on the trail right now...and I will just be very, very mindful of what I put in my mouth tonight. Sometimes I HATE being the one who always has to watch every bite and write down everything, etc. The alternative is MUCH worse and I really AM feeling good and strong lately with all my exercise so I will just keep at it.
Scale is holding at 199. Every single day. I was going to take a picture today of the 199 then realized...when the scale said 199.6 that my camera weighs something!!
duh! LOL...I guess I will have to be 198 before I can take a pic of the 199!
