Hey don't have much time to do personals-let alone read all that I have missed gotta get out the door soon, but I wanted to drop in and say HI-my scale moved more than .8 lbs this week to a whopping 2 lbs! YAY! The running is getting easier and easier-today I was able to run 1/2 of a 5K I also walked 1/2 a 5K so completed a full 5K in about 40 min. I am so happy and can't wait to get back to racing!

Well gotta fly-out of town until Sunday

Manick and Julia: congratulations! You guys are awesome!

To everyone else: hello and happy Thursday. Things are okay around here, I did a lot of walking this morning and haven't been eating like a cow so that is always good. I could be doing better but I'm not horribly off track. My hubby wants to start SBD on Monday, so I am trying to read up on that. I don't know if I am going to like it but I will give it a shot.

Have a good night!

Hiya everyone!

JuliaH WAAAHOO! I'm sure that feels great! Now line up the other kid with another bag of dog food Great visual! And darling girl I'm cheering for you!

Terri you hang with us chickie...no wandering down the path alone...there might be coyotes out there stick in the chicken yard with us hens and just see what happens
Good for you for going to exercise!

Angeline Yay! for back on track and thanks for the yoga inspiration!

Troo sorry about the dental visit stress and pain..hopefully next time will not be as bad. I once got an rx for ONE valium when I had a scary, scary test done--it helped. Just a thought. Your dentist could prescribe one. Happy reading

Tara I hope you get that tooth ouchie fixed up soon and WAY to GO on the workout with the little one...impressive!

Theresia a loss is a loss and by the way you are getting near to the bottom half of your healthy range, so it might slow down a bit. I bet you're looking great!

Smurf hope you're sleepin'???

CeeGee welcome back

Reda OP thoughts to you

Mugsy hug those kids

Purple, Soul, Glitter, Beth, Blueeyed, Swim, Bette
hope you're all having a good week.

TO the rest of the Black team...drop by sometime...tell us how you're doing....

As for me, going home to grill some veggies and tofu and make sure I'm still 199 tomorrow

Congrats to Manick on onederland, Julia on 30 lbs down, and Orthodiva on being the biggest loser this week! The black team is rockin' it, yeah?

I am a little frustrated by the gazillion pounds of water weight I am retaining due to TOM, but I'm just sticking right to plan, and I KNOW it will go away next week.

Have a good night, all!

I got to go to dentist today! They did x-ray, didn't find anything wrong in the root...The just grinded my tooth so that there won't be much pressure on it. (it's not my real tooth..so lol) I still can feel it but hopefully it will get better. If it doesn't get better, I gotta go back so we can decide if we want to replace the crown... sigh... I have like $100 left to pay from the last one...and now this. It feels like it's always one after another...

Seems like everyone is doing great!

Manick, congrats on Onederland! It's a wonderful place, isn't it?

Julia, 30 lbs?! Wow. Yay! My daughter is 30 lbs! I should take a picture of my DD to show how much I lost when I lose 30 lbs.

It hurt a lot...not the actual teeth, but the gums...because they were grinding at and below the gum level. My gums were so sore and it was so traumatic. I wish they would have just pulled the tooth and got it over with, now I will be all worked up again in 3 weeks.

I had to go to the dentist today, too... I do NOT like dentist. Well, that's how I got to my front crown... When I was like 19 or something like that, my front tooth started bothering me but I never told my mom bc I was scared to go to the dentist. So...by the time I couldn't even drink water, I finally told her and we went. Well, it was too late. They had to take it out, it even affected my nerve and all that good stuff. blah.
I still don't like going there but I am older and "mature" enough to know not to wait.

Hey ladies -

Trying my best to make it through a harrowing week at work (my boss got fired for no reason, the rest of us are sitting on the edges of our seats...)

I was up .4 this week, which isn't all that much, and wouldn't be too discouraging, except it's now Friday, and the scale hasn't moved again. (I suppose the fact that it hasn't moved up is good, though!) It seems that every 3-4 weeks, I gain .4, so I'm hoping things will turn around this weekend.

And, I have a long weekend, so I'm going away for the night - hoping I can make it to a farmer's market tomorrow morning and stock up on goodies before I come home, but who knows. I hate spending more than one night away from my house, because my roommates don't really know how to care for my bunny. (Last time I asked one of them to feed him, he got trail mix instead of pellets!)

I hope you all have a lovely and easy weekend!

Hmmmmmmm, what could *possibly* be the culprit? Could it be *HoRmOnEs* wreaking havoc? Fluid fluctuations!!!

Morning Team!

Staja hang in there! Sounds like a very rough and scary sorta week! Farmer's markets always cheer me--all that beautiful produce. And how cool that you have a bunny

Soul thanks I was quite excited yesterday! It's been more than 2 years since I saw a 1 on the scale! I am NOW entering the dreaded HoRmOnE week myself gonna have to just stay calm and focused

So, for those of you who've done yoga in a class, where did you find your class? Did you like it? Any tips for a newbie? I'm going to check it out next month!

Have a good Friday peeps! It's been a looong week...time for a break!

DH and I are trying to decide between going dancing tonight or going to a movie...guess which one I'm voting for?

Happy Friday Team Mates!!! Sorry I've been so MIA lately. I'm still in my funk about life in general but am trying to get a grip on things and hopefully gain some control over my life again. It'll happen but I just have to be diligent about it.

Anyway, things have been crazy at work and this weekend is packed as well. I have a work function all day tomorrow and then my grandson's birthday party is tomorrow evening. I'm hoping that on Sunday we can just go out in the boat and I can relax a little before starting all over again on Monday. Retirement just looks more and more appealing to me all the time. Oh well, I still have 6 years before I can even think about it!!! Patience Grasshopper.

Everyone is doing so well with losing 30 pounds - that's phenomenal and getting into onderland - that's terrific. And Contrats to Ortho for being our biggest loser. I am so proud and impressed by you all.

Better get off here for now. I'll try to hop back on later this afternoon.
