Diva---I hope that your foot feels better soon. It sucks to have a hurt foot. I hurt mine when we went to NY at the end of Jan. I tried everything to make it feel better. I finally soaked it in Epsom salt a few nights in a row and wrapped it for a few days and it was all better. Maybe you could soak yours? It has to be better soon. We are supposed to start the C25K tomorrow.
I am off to a barn dance type thing with my dd today. I am so glad that she is feeling better. It took long enough.
Diva - I know you probably feel frustrated with your foot injury. That sucks! You were feeling so good about exercising too! Maybe could you swim, or do some light weights, or crunches or something to keep that momentum going??? Hope you feel better soon!

I'm so far behind on reading these boards, but I have no time to get caught up right now. I just wanted to get on to let everyone know I was thinking about our team. Things around here have been so busy. I did have a loss this week but I hope to more focused for a bigger number next week. I hope everyone has a great weekend and at least one workout in during this weekend. I'll get at least one workout in Saturday.
Diva, I feel your pain. I had surgery in September and was on crutches for 3 weeks, then not able to really walk for another 3. Focus on what you can do. I did a tank top arms video, alot, during that time. Bye Bye batwings!
Hope everyone is doing well. I did Day 1 of Week 4 of C25k today. I did not think I could run for 5 minutes without stopping, but I CAN!
I am so tired. We were at the track all day today. I had to help time the races and I am ready to go to bed now. But--I can't go to bed yet. I still have to do day 1 wk 1 of the c2k5. I can't believe that it is March 1st already. When I joined the C25K challenge March 1st seemed a million years away.

I hope everyone is having a great weekend. I've been sick over the last week and have really slacked on my exercise. I feel so much better today so I am going to get to the gym and restart my C25K. I lost 2.8 pounds last week (Wooohooo!). This next week is less hectic for me so I will be able to get my exercise in!

Well, it's 71 and sunny here today and I have spent some time basking in the sun reading my YOU ona Diet book and just chiilin'. It's been great! Hopefully I am getting some color onto my snow white self! it's blinding I'm telling ya! EEEEK!
I weighed myself this morning and after my bad week I am down 4 ity-bity ounces, lol! I'll check again tomorrow morning and then post it, lol! Serves me right for all the bad choices this past week. BAD Roni! My foot is feeling alittle better, but I'll prolly just walk on the TM tomorrow and not push the issue with running a bit longer.
Tonight we are grilling steaks (YUM) and having baked potatoes and corn on the cob!!! One of my most favoritest meals! Jess is the Grilling Guru!
Anywho, I hope you all are having afabulous weekend and that's why it's so quite in here.

I restarted the C25K last night. I finished day 1 but it kicked my tail. I am out of shape worse than I thought. I also started a BL workout challenge last night so I am doing the C25K every other night and the BL workout DVD's the other nights of the week. I have to do the DVD tonight. I am worried. lol I have heard that Bob is nice to look at but the DVD's kick your butt. We will see. Luckily, Jon is doing all the working out with me. He will keep me doing it even when I don't want to.

Hello all! It has been quite, I cant say much I havent been around. I worked out for an hour and friday then went danceing on sat so I think I did well! My legs hurt so bad today I coudnt run today. I am not down by much but a few oz....cant complain. What topic can we start to get everyone chating again? I hope that everyone had a great week and is ready for monday!!! Is anyone doing the 2008 self challange?

Hey team! I'm taking a freebie this week. Last week was horrible for me. I worked 5-11 hour days along with all the usual stuff I've got going on. I ate poorly... and didn't exercise like I should of. Last night I felt so miserable from all the processed food I had. But today starts a new week, one of better choices. I'm gonna reread my glycemic index book I need to jump start my weightloss again. I get soo close to getting out of the 180's and then I sabatoge my plan...ITS SO FRUSTRUATING!
Morning, my freebie last week paid off. I have lost another pound this week, wish I could get more than one a week, but I'll take it. That would be 52 pounds lost in a year!
I will be on day 2 of week 4 of C25K tonight, so far, so good, almost halfway thru!

Dream, Hang in there! I know it's frustrating. I had a week of bad choices too and it shows on the scale. Only .6 lbs lost for me this week. O'well, it's a new week and new chances to make it right.

I'm gonna attempt a fast walk on the TM today. Hopefully by Wed I won't feel any pain whatsoever in my foot and I can resume the Walk/run. I hope anyway.
