I am hoping to be into the 160s at next mondays weigh in so I am giving myself a week to lose 1 or 2 lbs and I will be very happy when I get there I want to see a 16 on the scale!
Holy moly!!!! I can't believe it! I weighed in at 165.0 yesterday & weighed in at 163.6 today!!! I am so pumped!! I ate a TON of crap over the weekend & was not expecting that.

Glad to see all you ladies doing so well. I will be weighing in next week Friday. I have been faithfully going to gym 5x a week this month and I have been eating pretty well. I look a bit smaller, I hope the scale will agree.
What do you ladies snack on during the day? I snack on about 2 fruits, fat free yoghurt and a Special K bar a day.

The good news is this morning I saw 160.5! I am finally ALMOST out!
Passover was very, very kind to me. I'm hoping tomorrow i see another loss;
after last nights seder i didn't gain at all. (Seder equals drinking a lot of wine and eating a lot of food!). So maybe by tomorrow AM I will see a drop?
162.5 again today! .5 away from getting my eyebrows done, thank god!
I'm so surprised to be at this weight...I've been eating like CRAP. How do you gals manage your eating during TOM? Thankfully mine is only every 3 months, but my goodness!
So I think I'm going to purchase my gift for my 20lb loss, even though I have 10.5 to go...Livingsocial presented me with a pretty dang good deal this morning, I don't think I'm going to pass it up. It expires in October, so I have time to lose, lol!
I did W4D1 of C25k yesterday and actually did it! I ran in my old shoes and my pain is GONE. I pronate, i.e. walk on the inside of my heel. My shoes correct this and I've been so active it stressed my tendons. So now I'm rotating shoes.
Went to try my aunts a.m. skyrobics course today, and could only do 15 minutes. I thought that my pulled back muscle was better, but definitely not. However, my aunt says its not a pulled muscle and popped the crap out of my back. Ibprofen and icing all day today.

It's funny. I always thought teachers relax on vacation. No, we just catch up on life. Dentists, doctors, errands., appointment, to do lists...
Officially out of my cast today! After almost 2 weeks out of commission I'm at 167. Not bad for being on mostly bed rest though and TOM. Starting back at the gym saturday. I'm probably going to start off slow so I don't re-tear the ligaments in my ankle. Who knows, maybe those 3lbs are just water from being on my butt for so long. I'm still shooting for 145 by the end of June. If I set my mind to it, that's not a hard goal.
Whoo! After 4 days at 179... not even just 179 but 179.6 (I was starting to think my scale was broken!) I weighed in at 177 today, which also means I accomplished my first mini goal!!!
