161.4, never thought I'd see this number again! Funny (and potentially tauamtizing lol) story. This morning, I weighed in as usual, but when I looked down, it said 170-something. I about died. But then I felt something weird, and realized my big tabby cat had stepped on the edge of the scale without me knowing. Whew! haha.

@Madison, I need to start the Shred again. It was a great work out. I've got it lying around, somewhere.

Still at 160.1...annoyed that my body likes this number so much, but I'm still pretty happy because I haven't worked out since Monday.

I'm doing something that I haven't done in the past - I'm still being consistent with my diet when I don't see a huge loss at the scale. In the past, I know I would have given up the day that my weight stayed the same. Keep on truckin...

This happens for me all the time. It's so frustrating! Keep up the good work, though. I found that in all cases but one, either exercising my butt off for 2 days in a row, or having one "eat kinda crappy" days helped move the scale along. I think the body just starts to predict what you do and what you put into it. What do I know though? I'm still a noob to this. Anyway hang in there

Think it over before you do it lol. I don't wanna be held responsible for you coming back tomorrow going "omg this girl is a liar i gained weight!" it works for a few people i know, but not everyone. sometimes you just gotta wait it out. sucks ):

Haha! Wellllll I'll probably try to suck it up and try the alternate idea - lots of exercise tomorrow to shake up the system because I skipped this whole week. But it was a nice idea anyway!

I have been hovering at 178.8 to 178.0 it can be frustrating but I'm still happy to be in the 170's gotta keep on pushing to get out of these 170's!

well its been so long since i've been on here like 1 month and a half and at that point i was stuck at 178 forver!!! like 3 weeks then i got down to 177 and was stuck there for another 2 weeks!! i am not understand my body at all i finally said to **** with it ate a cookie and lost 2 more pounds lol so hopefully now that im back in the gym the effort will finally start showing i would really like to lose another 6 pounds by the end of may just so i can know what the 160's feel like lol!

man i had a HUGE non scale victory!!!!!

i'm a size 10 now!!! i tried 3 different brands WOOT WOOT and i fit in my old bikini!

I dont have my scale still so i'm not sure what i'm at but... im definitely liking these results!

As for me, it looks like 161.4 is my new number. I hope I can drop to 161 either tomorrow or the next day....blah.
