I weighed in at 167.1 this morning, so 1.8 up from yesterday. I'm not freaking out, I am so so sore from my bootcamp class yesterday. I repeat, not freaking out.
It's supposed to storm all day here today, so I doubt I'll get c25k in. I was supposed to start week 3.
Went to kick boxing today and it was amazing. I just keep thinking 178.6 178.6 178.6 and it makes me keep going. I hope to see 176 on Saturday which is my weigh in day
Ps- if you've never been to Kicboxing-GO!! It's amazing
ooh. neat thread. i got weighed today. it was something like 180.2 or 180.8 or something. but i'm about to get the ol' period. so, water retention. meh. i hope to be 170 by the end of may. 8 weeks. 10 lbs. let's do this!!!
trance-wahoo! you can do this. congrats on all the loss so far.
angeline-never tried kickboxing but it does look great. that may have to be the next class.
lnm-I know I often retain 2-3 lbs of water when my muscles are sore so don't worry too much about it if you've been on plan.
audri-you'll get back down. you're so close!
I weighed in at 178.2. Its not the greatest but its TOM and a loss of over a pound is a loss. haha. This week will be great.
redliss- thanks. I weighed in again at 167.1 today. It's just hard to see that number again! I missed my run last night, and am still pretty sore today. Working out with my aunt tonight. Should be interesting -- aerobics on trampolines.
On another note, can I just say how ready my students and I are for spring break? Almost there...8 more school days.
Didn't weigh today because I left the house early, & was in a hurry. I have bible study in the morning early too, so I'm not weighing tomorrow either. It's kind of a nice break
Ha! I skipped Bible study because I was too tired to get up, so I weighed & I'm so glad I did! I was 167.8 on Monday after eating tons of carne asada on Sunday. Today I was back down to 163.8. I was expecting 166, so it was an awesome surprise
I'm down to 165.3 today. I worked out with my aunt last night and did her aerobics class on trampolines. Oh. My. God. I wore my heart rate monitor and in an hour I burned 745 calories. I'm not sore at all today, so I'm pumped.
Gonna do w3d1 of c25k tonight. I've gone from working out 1 time a week to 6 times in like, no time, lol!
Welcome phoenix, transporter and angeline! You'll all love this thread, it's very active :-)
hot4teacher- I'm excited for you, I'm sure you'll see a loss this week as well!
Kelli- wtg on the 25lb loss! that's huge!
audri- you'll be down soon, these ups and downs have to drop sometime!
Jackie- congrats on breaking through your plateau!!
angeline- I'm hoping with you!!
trance- you got this! this thread is really active so I bet you'll like it here.
redliss- congrats on your loss! you are sooo close to your mini-goal!
justjennifer- hurray for the 160s! everytime we break through a decade it feels great, doesn't it?
madison- congrats! you are sticking with it and that's soo important! You're sure to see another loss soon :-)
loren- that trampoline workout sounds like it was awesome! how do you feel now that you're working out so much? and how long have you been working out 6x a week for? I'm just curious because I haven't started exercising yet, but I plan to super soon lol
soooo My first of three exams starts tomorrow :-S It's a practical exam so I'm a bit nervous, but I practised a lot over the last few days so I know I'll do okay. I'm glad though, because exam time means I have more time to myself now! Which means no more excuses regarding exercise..haha I have all these workout DVDs and I think I'll just start with the 30DS...I'll need to pick up some lighter weights though.
Halfway through the week and I'm anxious to get to WI day already! lol I've been consistenly losing 2lbs/week through diet alone for the past month and I'm hoping that this pattern continues for just this one more week...I'll start working out soon, I promise! haha
I didn't post here much, but I came here often for motivation. I weighed in at 159 this morning I will be moving on to the 150's thread, but I just wanted to thank you all for being SOO freakin amazing
Wannabe - I started with my aunts original class, once a week. Then, I added in C25k and I just started week 3. So 2.5 weeks of working out 4 times a week. And this is my first week working out for 6 days a week. I'm feeling pretty good.
I weighed in at 164.9 this morning, so the scale has begun to move again. Just in time for me to get my butt handed to me at bootcamp on Sunday, lol!
I'm feeling so lazy though, when I work out in the evenings. Like yesterday, I came home, changed, ran, made dinner (some less than stellar tuna patties), and then vegged the rest of the night...I have a long to do list to finish, but can't get myself moving!
