Grrr. Stuck at 168.8 again this week. Not totally surprised since I didn't have a great eating week, but frustrating nonetheless. Doesn't look like I am going to be in the 150's before my engagement pics on April 3rd though, which is a bummer. Hope to get back on track this week!

hey girls!

So I missed my official WI day, and when I did WI the next morning, I was up .2 lbs from last week! UGH!!

I wasn't eating very well last week, though. I was skipping breakfast (BAD! I know!!!) and delayed grocery shopping, so I wasn't eating all the yummy whole grains and beans that I was the week before. I'd also like to blame the white rice I had on my sushi for 3 meals last week...lol

My weekend in Toronto was great! I walked about 10k in 2 days, which is a lot for me! As a student, I pretty much sit all day and walk about 1.5k/day. I have Nike+ shoes on order and I'm excited to set up the app on my phone so I can see exactly how much I'm walking per day. Definitely need to work on my exercise habits over the next few weeks.

Anyways girls, if you stayed the same or gained (like me) don't throw in the towel or feel down. I used to overreact from setbacks and plateaus, but I've since learned that attitude is SO important in the weight loss game. Giving up or giving in because of not getting the results you want after one week or longer is letting the fat win! LOL :-P So don't lose heart, and just work harder this week! And to the girls that lost, congrats and keep at it!

Welcome to the new ladies and welcome back to Madison and Avie!

I am down to 164.5 this morning, which is super exciting after being 167 on Saturday (had white pasta for dinner the night before and it took a few days for the effects to wear off).

I'm really getting in to this running thing. I ran a 5K on Saturday morning and my goal was to finish in less than 40 minutes. I did it in 39:55, so I was happy with that. Yesterday I did a one mile fun run with our sixth graders at school and even though they almost all beat me I finished in 11:19, which is my fastest mile yet! Running outside is so much more fun than running on the treadmill.

Back up to 170. No clue why though. I really just want to give up. I don't know what I'm doing wrong to have gained it back.

Kelli, If you give up now, you're probably going to give up the 20 pound loss that you are enjoying right this minute! All you can do is stay OP- the weight will come off with time, effort, and focus. You CAN do this!!

ok this going beween 179-178 is driving me nuts!!! is it so much to ask to see a 174!!! i just want to reach my mini goal 1 bye the end of march and i can't even find 177 lol guess its time to start the protein shake again!

I know I shouldn't give up. But this is bugging me so bad. I thought maybe I just gained the lost weight back by starting my period sunday. I had light spotting in the morning, and figured it was here. I also gained 3lbs. overnight when I'd done really well with eating the day before. I'm craving chocolate and salty food and meat like no other. But since that spotting in the morning, I've had nothing! I've been on my placebo week from the pill almost a week now and it's just not coming. So I'm just so not sure what's causing it.

Going to try the Shred, bought it yesterday, and we'll see how that goes. I just wasn't prepared to see that 7 today :'(

167.8 AGAIN today. I am so frustrated! I did measure for the first time, though. So maybe next week I'll see those changes. I did W2D2 of Couch to 5k, so maybe this is just an after shock of starting to work out. Either way, I need that number to move. I'm staying within my calories, getting plenty of water, so something is up.

uggggggg 178.4 this 178 crap is killing me pritien shake here i come. i remeber when i was stuck at 186 for 2 weeks and nothing was helping so i started taking a protien shake for breakfast and i dropped to 181 like nothing so i guess i'll have to leave my neck of the woods and head to the walmart arrggg! lol

168.0 today!! Woohoo! Big drop from yesterday! I'd love to be back down to 165 by Monday, but that might be a lofty goal

Yay Kriz!! I wanna be in the 150s sooo bad! The vacation set me back, but I planned on that. I don't even know if I'll hit my Easter goal of 158, but I'm gonna try VERY hard Don't leave us!
