Had an only so-so eating week. I've been 170.5 every day this week. Hoping that eating well this weekend will get me back down to my low of 169.5 and maybe a little lower.
I've been purging my closet. It feels so good on a couple of levels. First of all, decluttering always makes me feel lighter and happier. But more than that, I'm getting rid of all my size 16 stuff! I'm in mostly 12's and 14's. Most of the 14's are a little loose, but I'm not ready to replace them, so I'll wait a bit. I even have one pair of size ten capris that fit! I'll take vanity sizing, thanks.
Considering I carry a lot of my weight in my lower tummy/thighs/butt, I'm pretty excited to be wearing size 12's.
Now I need to watch not getting too comfortable. Being smaller than this almost doesn't feel possible, so I've gotta push myself.
