Weighed in at 151.4 today, so I think I've dropped the water weight (which is shocking - usually takes me a week)! And I'm down .4 lbs from last week. Not amazing, but great considering my 3 free days. Lol!

147.2 today woot woot!- although I think it is a dehydrated 147...

This weekend has been so crazy. One of my husband's best friend's wife attacked my husband last night. They were supposed to be having a "guys night" she showed up and started asking why we never hung out with them as couples (this girl and I have a history and we do not get along because she is full of high school drama that I want no part of)...well she flipped out and decided to punch him in the face and scratch the back of his neck to the point of bleeding. People are seriously so insane!!!!!

Lilly- I will be decided today whether or not to file charges and a restraining order. Obviously she needs to learn that you when you cross a certain line there are consequences beyond the loss of a friendship. It has been such a disaster!

linds, what did her husband say/do? that is super crazy! i hope this doesn’t ruin the guys’ friendship, but i don’t see how it wouldn’t... =/ sorry you’re going thru this, it sounds awful!

it’s christmastime!!! haha i’m so happy the holidays are in full swing. there’s something about this time of year that always makes me feel great! love it i’m doing well with eating, not doing as well working out. need to figure out some way to not be lazy and reconcile the two... any help with motivation to get my bod moving? thanks girls!

shasha12: I've been having issues getting moving too haha. It's just so cold, I want to stay cuddled up somewhere warm, not work out, boo XD I usually leave little notes for myself telling me to work out, or make a list of what I have to do that day and put some exercise time in, and that eventually gets me to do it because I hate not seeing a little check mark by everything on my list XD

Saw 157.5 again yesterday, looks like the post-Thanksgiving waterweight is gone for me too. Saw 154 this morning, but that was after I went for a 5 mile walk, so that's a dehydrated 154, I'm thinking. I'll have to see what I get on Friday
